Im taking the truck and bike into the park - pewter crew cab GMC sierra with tinted windows and BansheeHQ decal on the rear window. My buddies truck is a Dogdge ram 3500 silver and tinted as well. hopefully see you guys out there.

Nothing that you need to worry about. It is a replacement for the stock crossover tube that runs between your intakes. If you decide to put one on your bike, you can buy my old one for $1.58 plus shipping. Let me know.

Hey all, talked to a friend who has asked me to spread the word for him. This bike was purchased new last year, and was only ridden during the summer of 2004. The bike has not seen any riding AT ALL this summer, and has been kept in the garage. The bike is the red/white color combo, has red 450 bend handlebars (TAG I believe), full FMF exhaust, K&N filter, and has been rejetted. He also has sandstar tires on douglas rims for the sand. The bike was purchased for around $7000 or $7100, and has several hundred dollars in mods. The bike has been extremely well kept and has never been in any accidents, crashes or rolls. It is understood that he is losing money on the bike, he would like to get $5500 out of it, but ALL offers will be considered. Heading out to the dunes for the last blow out trip of the year. I will be up there from Oct. 13-16. My buddy is combining this trip with his birthday bash, so we are expecting a big turnout. Same opinion as the rest........ depending on your elevation, i would think that you need to go up on your mains.

Sounds like a good idea. Dont know what your mods are, 340's may be a little on the fat side for ya.

My mods are listed in my sig, similiar to yours and I have a 320 main. The first thing that came to mind is that 280 is too lean. I was running 280's, and noticed that it felt like it was losing power in the high rpm's. came to find out it had low compression, the rings were bad which i attributed to the lean mixture. I f i were you i would check the compression, if its low you will need to check cylinders, rings, pistons, etc. If your compression is ok, then I would rejet and go up a couple sized on your mains. peace out napolean.

Val Du Lakes. thats the craziest place i've ever stayed

I plan on being there, with a group. its still up in the air, but should be able to get it together. Not sure about Val-du, some of the people i go with like to go to sleep but we will see. I will try to keep posted as it gets closer.
