  1. I've ran this offset for a long time on my polished wheels, and I don't really see any issues at the dunes.
  2. I've been looking for a set of Black wheels all over the internet, but I can't find anyone that makes the fronts in a 2x3 offset. Does anybody make them? Thanks,
  3. The guy had them at $50 and $40, but I convinced him to bring it down to $45 for the Proven. I've just heard of sales guys being pressured to sell one certain item, but he did seem honest......but then again! he's sales. It's not like he's working for a big shop or eye glass place. This guy rents a corner of a bike big shop to sell just goggles. I think he's the owner.
  4. Has anybody worn Oakley OTG Proven or L-Frame goggles? I'd like to know which ones are better and why? The sales guy was telling me that he's had complaints about the L-Frame's letting in dust from the glasses cutouts in the foam. Is this true? Or was he just pushing to sell the more expensive ones (Proven model)? I'll be using them in the sand.
  5. Thanks! I just ordered a new washer. It is looking pretty bad. I don't have a 32mm socket, so I'm just waiting to have time to go out and get one.
  6. No, but they look really heavy, and they are ugly!
  7. Is it the standard "righty-tighty, lefty-loosey"? or the opposite?
  8. What is the size of the front sprocket nut? and what tips can you give me to make it easier to remove?
  9. Yeah! I thought 13-41 would help you shift less, but that's not the case.
  10. I am currently running a 13 - 41 setup on my mostly stock shee (see my sig), and I lost some topend. I was told that 14 - 42 would be a happy medium for ridding the dunes and some racing. Has anybody ran this setup? If I didn’t want to change my front sprocket, can I just change the rear to get the equivalency of 14 – 42?
  11. YEP! I love mine. Mohawks look nice, but I'm not sure if they are suppose to steer better then knobbies, just float over the sand better.
  12. Got any pics? I'm torn between the 4 and 6. A cousin of mine runs an 8, and gets around with no problems.
