  1. That's what I was wondering I guess it would be a good idea to cover it up when I take it there so the wrong people don't see it.
  2. If you don't beat him you suck. I've ridden a 400 2 stroke set up for drag that runs 5.40 on 300 feet and I still smoke him.
  3. You get the head milled 30 thousands not ported and polished. Once you get pipes, head milled, air filter, proper jetting, and 15 tooth front sprocket those 400 ex riders will be choking on your dust trail.
  4. Does anyone rent at a storage facility to keep their banshee there. I was just wondering how secure they are cause I might be needing to rent one for a few months until I get moved into a new place.
  5. That's one dirty ass banshee.
  6. To much tension will stretch the chain but I have the did 520 x ring chain and it does not stretch much at all.
  7. They make stud remover and installer tools cause my boss has them at work. I had to use them before when the double nut trick would noy work. I'm not sure which brand they are cause all his tools are snap on or matco.
  8. I run a 15-41 and it is a lot better than stock gearing, not so much changing gears. I geared up cause I would rev out before I would get as fast as I wanted to go. Try that and if you rev out to easy go up some more.
  9. I'm not saying it's the right one but if it will bolt up your shee might sit the same height cause the longer shock plus extra leverage from the swingarm. Worth a try just to see.
  10. If you don't allready have them try outerwears they resist a splash of water but not a direct stream like a water hose. They also keep a lot of mud out of your filters.
  11. Once you get pipes it will be more of a top end bike.
  12. I run holeshots and they are a great all around tire but I would recomend 6- ply tires for where you ride.
  13. If you buy the bracket get the one that carrys extra plugs. I got mine frome rocky mountain and it was only 5 more dollars than the one that just holds the bottle.
  14. I agree with you man people say the t5's are a top end only pipe but they have a wide power band and pull really hard on top.
  15. I know how you feel man I went from bone stock to toomey t5's about a year and a half ago and it was like 2 different bikes. Keep doing mods and it only gets better.
  16. 20 foot pounds is fine cause I torqued mine to 18 then 22 and also used a snap on wrench.
  17. I have a set and will let them go for a resonable price. contact me if you have not found a set allready.
  18. Take the cable loose from the clutch arm and pull the lever, if the cable cable pulls but will not return you need a cable. If it works fine your problem is internal.
  19. Take that lid off I don't even have an airbox.
  20. That goes against everything I have read on here. Most people say they don't do anything but make noise, thats why I never spent the money on one.
  21. Your pipes should be really hot cause the gas in your cylinders burns around 800 degrees.
  22. That is what I was trying to avoid. I don't guess there is a way to keep it lowered all of the time without buying expensive shocks.
  23. I say I can agree with you on the 2 into one crap. Keep every thing dual that is why the banshee is better than the rest.
  24. I work at the dealership and get yamaha parts at a good price but aftermarket parts are so high cause the cost is high. I can buy aftermarket parts cheaper online.
  25. How do you have open (filters) with one carb?
