get ahold of RK tech on the head domes for the cheeta. if just domes i would call mccoy. see what he recomends. the shelf domes i never really liked in the cheeta's you get the PV version? parts depot is trinity's ebay project ( not bad but rember its trinity.)

got a few sets of banshee pipes get them CHEAP! avoid ebay hassels and issues come and look at them if you dont like them, dont buy them. 1st set black original series top end gold series pipes need repainted but CHEAP alluminum 1st series silencers fresh packing. 150.00 2nd set gold series signature 3rd edition pipes powercore silencers they are in decent shape i cleaned one of them up a lil and painted the stinger tubes the silencers would look great with a good polishing job. 200.00 for these 3rd set gold series signature 4th edition pipes ( these have the newer flange) powercore 2 silencers with the intergragted tips. they are in good shape need cleaned up and i hit them with a lil mothers polish and i think they would clean up nice. 250 for these i have the jets for them if you need them i can help you put them on and jet them in. located in nickerson kansas if your close let me know. hour from wichita. i have pictures and can email them. will have them with me when i hit the dunes this year. little sahara oklahoma.

pics of silencers? do these have the actual ESR silencers or the shear style.. the ESR's are kinda big and very quiet

um yea it looks bent you need a new frame

klotz supertechniplate 36-1 dont got to 20 - 1 yu can run the chance of leaning the motor too much.. REMBER the same amount of oil/ fuel goes through the same size of hole. that is the more OIL you mix the LESS fuel you get in your motor. always run the same ratio with any bike gas/ alky you mess with it to much and it can cause you problems..

7 d is too much on a gas motor. put it to 4 and leave it alone.. the domes in a cub have to be over .40-.45 tho squish clearance, might even have domes for a different angle in there AKA blaster piston on banshee angle dome.. you MAY have poped an o-ring on the compression side and its leaking coolant in to the cylinders,, doubtfull but its the result of deto, timing, octaine, bad dome match, air leak etc etc on cubs.

wow this guy has probably pushed the cheeta powervalve 2 stroke banshee engine into all new realms and ideas that are far out of the box. the 90 D crank has solved a LOT of problem if you actually think you will feel the loss of hitting 90* of center from 180* thats the same as saying you can feel the power loss of a 4 stroke it only hits every OTHER revolution. 620*! but somehow makes a ton of tq ( at least most of them) and can also be made to rev very high and have a similar powerband.. unless you have the technical knowledge to even understand what it is he was shooting for in driveablility and power band you dont really have any useable comments to these idea's unfortunatelly you probably wont hear of ANYone who has used this in the atv world the price of the motor is so high ( to cover development) its just not an average guy who's going to drop over 8000+ for a trail/ dune engine.. its unfortunate.. to use the 90* crank you will need a timeable ignition to fire the offset in the crank i was contemplating doing 2 banshee ignitions and timing the trigger OR possibly using an ofset timing mark with 2 pickups. not sure if i could fire the dead spark corectelly though . i have beenthinking of the 90* crank for a while untill i did a search and found that site. i'd love to have one of these engines..

sell your screwed up tank on ebay then get a new one thats in good shape. just tell everyone that the threads are great. i have a few good ole ebay finds ( with screwed threads or busted bolts).. really if you cant get a good pic of the tank bolts dont buy a used one..

if you want to talk to this guy you really will just need to call him i doubt he will check this post he will answer his phone i am sure. i live just around the corner from him if anyone has any q's on this bike..

if the "porting" tools you bought are mostly large and for a auto you will probably hate them more than like them. the atv tools i use are very small. and it takes time and experience to figure out what you like. also it takes time th learn how to hold the tools and cylinders, lighting, math and measurements as well as other things like overall power needed, weights and lots of other things in general.. read a LOT and practice practice practice buy some junk cylinder's even dirt bike jugs or other 2 strokes kinda get a feel for how the tools will react to different speeds, alluminum, steel, pressures of your hands etc etc..

the stock clutch is actually smaller surfae area than any aftermarket clutch.. if you really have ANY mods you should replace the crappy junkky arse stock clutch

thanks guys i appreciate it. i do what i can. i know what its like to get burned and i hate it. if i have parts that have issue's i let potential buyers know. i do plan on putting a large box of oem parts together and hauling with me to the dunes so if anyone needs anything i should have most all needed OEM stuff with me. kickers, shifter misc. bolts, a-arms, swingarms and whatever.. if it can be broken, trashed, or fall off i have had it happen to me! its been a long time but i think i have most of the bugg's worked out of these fun atv's.. i have also owned 2 shops over the years that failed for one reason or another ( mostly landlord issue's, and lack of back up funding) so i have experience with more than just banshee's.. i used to do a LOT on ebay but got tired of all the bickering and online hooplah and anymore people expect brand new parts for very used and abused money. i am really likeing the fase to face transactions i have been able to do lately. makes it nice for both of us. your happy and i'm happy!

if 200/130 is considerd a dune port whats a drag port? looks nice tho

are the cpi's big bore's hard to tell in the pic. small flange? and weird request could you measure the flange down to the first curve in the pipe? basically the length thats needed to fit them in the frame.. kinda need them for a yfz frame project smoke me a deal on them!!

any chance you'd sell them without the wheels. i need them to fit a yamaha pattern.. ( on a cr500 trike)

in my opinion i FEEL a different motor combo is better spent to turbo, snomobile 1300+cc engine for 2 strokes, or large 4 cyl street bike motor.. good luck!! its kinda funny i have seen a lot of these get started then they just never come to be OR they explode within a few minutes of being ran.. or they just dont run at all due to a lot of variables in the smokers.. i'd sure like to see those turbo'd t rex's!
