might have welded the ball in on the clutch adjuster.. take the cover off and remove the clutch assembly and check it all out. remve the actuator and see whats going on.

ok then? what does the a-arm manu state you need? did you order ZPS shocks or std triple rate or what>/

ok checked out the site where the heck did they come up with those classes?? stock cylinder 350cc alky motors would be racing the largest engines out there?? what a joke.

needle all the way lean? needs diff needle? again ditch them and get lectrons... if the cyls are ported that high as soon as the pipes sign off the cylinders are starting to make power gnarlys are a bottom end pipe.. have NO overrev capacity and die at around 9k if i rember.. its a bad combo and would be a nightmare to jet. and will probably never really run for crap.

lrd's are ok they are peaky in the HP that they make but overall they ride out ok they are a very thick material adn resist denting excellent. the silencers are big and they are not extremely loud. compared to cpi or shear bot of those pipes are a "drag" pipe mid and top end adn escpecially shear's overrev is going to put the lrd's to shame. i did recently redo a banshee motor and it had cpi's on it stock i thought it ran really well for not being ported or anything. just good luck getting to the plugs and burning your legs more.. i have a set of LRD's that were custom made for an lsr chassis and for a 421cc motor on a 4 mill they ran suprisingly well had nice top end compared to t-5's ( also tested the same day) and had very linear tq curve other lrd's i've had in the past didnt feel the same.

the "chrome powder" is getting a lil better all the time there is a 300% gloss ( reflective like chrome) that has just been released. ALSA has it i've seen it on easybay also. if i was still into doing powder myself i'd try it.

i DO still have the clutch cover!! i can take a pic of that. we just redid the entire bike in chrome/ trans purple, purple-blue-silverflake clear!

powder chroime looks more like kinda polished alluminum its hard to match a powder thats already been done. can you get the swinger in bare and have your powderguy do them all at the same time? i liked my silver (chrome) powder bike i did a clear flake over the top of it. came out pretty cool. you could do a red clear flake on the silver parts..?

try 125 dumps and 120 mians.

i project about 10-70hp at least in that range for sure..

high rev drag engines i try to hit aroound 155-165ish comp and run them on alky.. trail motors i have done as high as 210 and they live and run fine usually have No issues with damaging domes or breaking parts. but they are well built motors.. some larger drag motors dont rev all that high. 10k rpm is about the limit so they can run the higher comp ( or lower comp and increase timing HINT ) i think every builder can and will have a lil differnt setup. it would be intersting to see what that "special" cut head does. i have been liking alky as a fuel and replacement for 110 more and more these last few years..
