  1. still nothing??
  2. did you read that post?? the one right up there . /\ / \ / \
  3. all the over's i have seen have 3 dogs cut off..?
  4. driveline clutch.. OR r-1 fibers, rappy 660 steels and toomey, barnet, or matton springs.. i like the matton springs..
  5. i also use washers if the alluminum spacers are missing.. after the lathe is running i'll just make my own spacers.. the parting line on the caliper is where i like to line the rotor up to
  6. wiseco's when they were actually made in USA had just the part number and a domestic sizing. .20 .30 .40 over and were only labeled on the box as to what MM it is. 513 p2 would be a 64.50mm i believe. the newer ones that are overseas made junk are mostly the ones with the full part number and sizing on them, they droped the domestic numbers.. that piston today would be like a 513M06450
  7. nice bikes!! that OG red/white one is killer..
  8. '' Boisseau '' (idk the words in englissh) i'm guessing you mean the slide.. they are tm mikunis popular carb.. not sure what all motors came with them OEM..
  9. i think sniper pipes might be a good attempt.. M+M has had "packages" in the past that were great deals.
  10. good, better, best, intake is a properly angled one that fits like it should.. no spacers.. tm's are really tall carbs/. if you can make the reed spacer you should be able to make your own alluminum intake.
  11. i have ran stock carbs on 421 cubs with no prooblems jetting wise.. they do take 410-430 main jets tho.. some porting wants really big jets other porting likes smaller ones..
  12. well i guess since i actually have ran both sets of pipes on the same motor thge pc's dont have as much overrev as an sst does, i know its going to cause a lil stirr here. but its true the sst's are an excellent pipe just like others out there its a continuation development wise for FMF. the sst silencers wont fit on any other pipe the pipes shape and length is differnt than any oter pipe and the connection for the silencers is farther back due to the sst's special design.. you probably wont be impressed over changing pipes from sst to the PRO's both are a great general pipe.. sst's also respond very good to higher port timings than most builders would think.. i'd suggest 32/34mm lectrons or 36mm HV lectrons.. with carbs you will need intakes, cable adn possibly filter changes pr modding the stock air box..
  13. IM NOT EVEN TOUCHING THIS ONE>>
  14. dang i thought i was the only one that raced in that powdery shit..
  15. simple way to know how a carb meters fuel in a air screw is where its located if its on air side it controls air mix in if its on fuel side it controls fuel mix in.
  16. thats a good one.. i hate calling places to order lil ity bitty 2 dollar stuff. the shipping is more than the parts cost most times.
  17. its kinda up to you then. if you r going to strip the entier bike for a full rebuild and the j-frame has problems in other spots might be good to look for a newer a-arm chassis.. all up to you and what your shooting for..
  18. ok time to put this to rest who on here has actually had a j-arm frame fail, break, bend or wear out so called prematurely?? rember alljframes are at least 22 years old. so yea there is probably going to be a lil slop in the front end. in my actual real world experience i dont see a issue with j-arm bikes at all. i presonally like the j-arm look and lightened drag/ dunner chassis i feel look bad ass on a j-frame.. if anyone close to wichita kansas has a j-arm frame i am looking for another one for a build up. i have an a-arm frame i can trade in on?
  19. i wish i lived closer i'd love to run at this place. seems like a good time.
  20. in the same day we tried t-5's, lrd's, cpi's, and shears on the same bike and actually rode it around.. i ahve a lot of diff pipes laying around here and those were just how they felt to me .. same motor, day, ride.. in my honest opinion on a 421 or 400cc 4 mill stock cylinder motor. the trinity pipes work the best all around. the shear, cpi's will have more top end but in trail and dunning can be a lil tricky.. on MY particular engine with the work thats done to it the motor made 55ft lbs of tq and 80+hp on race fuel. its on alky now and the entire powerband is stronger. sure if it was a "drag" motor i would deff get a set of cpi's or shears or snipers for it ..
  21. has anyone thats actually bought a set of snipers even ran them yet?? i have a perfect "mule" motor/ bike i can do a real world test on..
  22. looks really cool!!
  23. i'm sure you will make it.. did you say your riding a blaster or what??
  24. is the LSR swingarm set up for an actual honda style axle.. the carrier is in a diff spot. also it maybe set up for YFZ 450 rear axle as well. that the problem with buying used shit sometimes you buy someone elses problems.. lsr builds very very nice stuff... also you guys need to check your lower chaing guides the chaind should go right through the middle not many swingarms have i had in the past where that was actually lined up
