i only use .18 AFM style cometic. non paper. holds up better. put them on dry no matter what you use i dont care if your neighbor or "THEY" wants you to spray sealer or RTV or any other crap on it tell him NO

when you install the shocks dont tighten the bolts up all the way till its on the ground

no they are not all welded.

dont have to split the case to replace that seal? reove the clutch and pull the rod out then remove the actuator on top case remove seal, install new one.. IF the bearing is bad thats another story..

id do a serval with proper set up. and porting before it was even assembled..

import grey. about 6 bucks at ANY auto parts store. , same as yamabond but not as stringy its mostly like honda line sealer yamabond grey. about 10 bucks at any yamaha dealer or most bike shops 1211 ( i dont like this crap) about 21-29 bucks at whoever sells 3 bond crap. why would you want to use orange rtv or any other sealer?? for the same price as that orange shit you can have the real deal..

i personally prefer extra virgin olive oil seems to keep my motors nice and tight. and yea the bottle is cool too.

actually with a pressre cap they can.. thats what its there for. coolant is just that modified water with a higher boiling point the pressure cap makes it all work you can get a 13 or a 16 in import size. i think the better q would be whats the prime opp temp of the motor..?

i'd love to take my outlaw and change the top to yfz 450 tank~ platics in my mind it would be the ultimate banshee.. thats my biggest complaint about it the front seat lower catches my boot and my leg and it too wide in the center for extremely comfortable riding.. plus i cannot get up on th efront like a 450 for turning. and believe me you need as much weight on the front as possible on these beasts just like you said if you havent rode for yourself and felt the real differnce of a diff setup you cannot say whats the best.. i have rode a bunch of 450's and i really like the ergo's of them.. hate the motor love the rest. its a shame more cannot experience an outlaw..

a matton billet basket is only 144 bones shipped to your door you wont have any problems with one of those.. last couple hinsons i watched brought more than that..

dont let a sponsor sell you a vito's crank or other internal's some of the vitos stuff isnt that bad. the filter kit seems nice.. the reeds seem ok..
