  2. i always use genuine mikuni jets. have you tried any of your local shops? sometimes after you pay the shipping charges jets cost more than your local dealer charges..
  3. post a pic of those chicks naked and i'll tell you what kinda basket it is
  4. oh its really easy you buy a 68mm stock stroke cub
  5. damn how many of these are getting built!!
  6. last time i rember scaling a tt banshee it was 415. a yfz chassis with all the 4 stroke bs removed is going to be light. a lighter chassis even 10lbs lighter is easier to toss around and will "feel" differnt when you ride it.. any weight gain you can get is beneficial plus with the mucho betta ergo's of the yfz, or other 450 based frame ( hehe) is nice too.
  7. the fmf's are kinda like ported stockers.. but single stage reeds with stiffners
  8. i was thinkng the same thing.
  9. oh boy more internet bullshit.. coup the overide in the 535 is 5+years old its on its first shift forks too.. the 485's 1-5 tyson i bought used and "fixed it" and installed some new forks it's gotten backed off hardcore in 3rd a few times and totally buuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuurrrrrrrrrr in 3rd 2 times now it needs forks now.. thats why its out of the frame.. maybe someone with more override experience in building them can chime in? i'm new to them and havent worked one out that i am totally happy with its one of my life goals for this winter haha

    TZ Bearing

something funky is happening. maybe the crank bearing demon is at your house..
  11. here is just a few thoughts. with a lockup even if you pull in the clutch i bet its not releasing it may feel like it a tad but its probably not. your probably just stretching the cable and twisting the top tab ont he release lever down on the case.... a non locked clutch with HD springs and good plates dosent have this issue.. you pull in the clutch at high rpm and it releases just like it should.. unless yoru drag racing you probably dont need a lockup.. the trans i do works ok with a locker but again it needs to be unloaded to shift right. the HD clutch with all 8 hd springs should hold around 90+hp easily. in the past with around 75-90 hp with a lockup and not as much weight on the fingers my trans will shift with a blip of the throttle.. OR a blip of the clutch.. i dont know how others do their trans mods like this so i cannot comment on some that have issues with theirs.. that 10 serval sounds pretty good in the video! i have played with the 3 stiff and 3 stock springs i felt it always sucked ass. the clutch felt weird and when it got a lil heat in it it would slip on initial launch. so i threw all the OEM stock springs i had in the trash. ALL hd springs ( toomey, barnett, driveline raptor etc) OR 3 15% + and 3 HD springs if your pimp hand is a lil on the puss side.
  12. damn! thought i was the only one that did that!! you can even 2 stage them pretty easy. those diner cards are usually thinner.. or some spray painted cardboard
  13. trim some off the stop?? who the hell came up with that bullshit... i tap it back in place weld a bead on both sides to make it a lil harder. then make a small plate and weld that into it so it wont flop forward again. the only adjustment is the toe in you need about 1/8" toe in . if your not sure what that is please buy a manual it will help you a whole bunch.
  14. ditch the twist throttle.. i really like my outlaw LSR in the trails. 421 stock cylinder..
  15. what a dumbass.. that gets you nothing but kids and bills.
  16. sell the stocker's and BUY omf's.. done and done.
