  1. If its boiling over its over 190. I believe 220 could be wrong though.
  2. I was just curious really. Thanks for the info.
  3. I think he means it had a head pipe but no silencer. I did it with my CPI's for a sec it was VERY loud.
  4. Currently I have a 4 mill dune port from jeff. I have pwk35's, noss head cut domes, CPI's, V force reeds, and some other stuff. My question is what would I have to do to swith to a 10 mill. I know I need a 10 mill crank and my cases trenched. But would there be anything else? Will my cylinders still fit up as ported? Would it even be worth it? Just curious.
  5. The gold wheels are sweet. Why would you want the same boring ass wheel everone else has.
  6. I use a tiny bit of the black shit on both sides of the gasket too. Probably overkill but works great.
  7. I cut the box in the middle about a 1 or so. Hot glued it back together. It bolts up in the back exactly in the stock position and I have the over flow where it belongs.
  8. yea that helps. So what am I looking for. NO gap or a slight gap?
  9. Yea Im going to check. The reason I ask is I have a big trip coming up and. If they look good I want to keep them but just worried they may go out.
  10. Anyone know the cheapest place to get VF2's. They seem to be a ton of $$ everywhere.
  11. I have a big trip coming up and I have a set of VF2 reeds that have been on my bike since 04. Im going to check them out to see if there are any cracks or a big gap. I was wondering how many hours you guy have on yours and how long you can expect to get. I checked them last year and they still looked good and my quad runs great. Replacements are around 110 for 2 sets so I really dont want to spend for any unless I need too. Thanks.
  12. Ive found that if it wollnt pull 5th or 6th it is usually too rich.
  13. pm sent
  14. i have vf2's there great and supposed to be more of a top end reed. If you care about a dyno I may make 1 hp more then boysen maybe not. Is it worth the 200+ dollars to me no not really. So if you get a good deal on the boysen go with them. Just my opinion.
  15. Yea, it was. when I installed these new a arms I must have tossed them. WHich is why they wore out so dam fast. Now I need a set.
  16. Like a idiot I must have tossed the a-arm collars during the last bushing rebuild. I need a full set if anyone has them cheap.
  17. Never mind figured it out.
  18. Has anyone purchased the brass a arm bushings that vitos sells. It says its for the banshee, blaster, 450... on the package but the inner hole is bigger then my bolt. It just doesnt seem right. I thought about drilling the frame holes a little bigger an getting a bigger bolt. But ill never find a bolt for the top. Any ideas whats up? It fits in the a arm but the hole is too big.WTF! http://vitosperformance.com/atv_parts/product.php?productid=11383&cat=183&page=1
  19. Not age but who has been on here the longest. Just wondering I noticed my start date and see that it was 6 years ago. I know there are some with a real old date and others who were here in beta. Just wondering who is still around.
  20. Your right. When I was thinking of somone using a 8" rim I just assumed he would be running 18's instead of 20's.
  21. Power Valves, new head, Carbs = NOT sleeper at all! Dam good port job (Key) -Maybe 4 mill -Milled stock head -Lightened stock fly wheel -Boyseen reeds in stock cage or (v force sand off lable and paint them that shitty stock color) -Bored out Stock carbs to 28's I believe ( really all you need unless you go 4 mill or more you may want more carb) Hell leave the stupid tors tops on. -Timing advanced mod stock plate or buy adjustable plate -Fatty's or T5's chrome or black either way every dam shee has pipes and these just scream typical lame run of the mill banshee but they are great with port jobs. -FAST Clutch, billet basket -Modded air box with out lid, K and N clamp on You would have a pretty fast bike and look bone stock but pipes. You would stomp any mild shee and piped mild 450's.
  22. I assume your talking rim size. Lower center of gravity. More stable.
  23. I was told that my motor was bored to .40 over. But Im looking at the lable from the box of my piston it says. 795MO6500 Clear:0.0030 2559cd CW 16 S486 121306/3/D/9402 I dont know much about this. But doesn't 0.0030 mean .030 over not .0040? It has been 3 years and it runs great so im sure there is no problem. Just curious. ALso I have been looking around and I only see pistons for .20 .40 .60 .80.. No .30 What gives?
