  1. Couldnt you just loosen the throttle screw at the thumb throttle out so it holds the RPMS up.
  2. That's what I ended up doing after a half hour beating it with a sledge.
  3. Cutting out another swingarm bolt got me thinking.
  4. Changing just a silencer is pretty much pointless.
  5. If the PC's do so well maybe someone should test some FMF Fattys. There just about the same pipe and from most dynos Ive seen over the years they performed better then the PC's. JMO.
  6. Correct me if I'm wrong but a duneable is more disasterous and costly to fix when it is blown up compared to a non. Making it a less favorable in drag only applications.
  7. its easy to spend another 6-800 on clutch and shifting mods if you dont already have some things done.
  8. Dont forget you will pretty much need all new clutch componets if yours are even slightly worn. Also a modded tranny (under cut, every other dog removed) is ideal if you intend on shifting fast at high RPM. Ther is a bit more to it then just buying a new topend and crank.
  9. pull them back and push on them to check for spidering as well. GL
  10. I'd think something was wrong with the set up to blow a crank bearing that soon. JMO.
  11. If your set on the 28 mikuni id consider looking into boring out the stockers. The will go to a 28. Id never run a 2 in 1 jmo.
  12. I would just go to a local vynal decal place and buy clear in sheet form. Question wouldn't the clear decal stick to the oem stickers and rip them when you try to replace the clear?
  13. Yea thats what I notice when I looked the page up. I havent heard of anyone running there stuff in awhile and wondered why. He seemed to have a great aproduct. Oh well.
  14. Was looking at some old posts and was wondering what ever happened to quicksand motor sports? Tried to go to there link and it went to some random crap. Seemed they made some nice shit. Was reading an old link and saw some OG's of the HQ posting. Made me think how much this place has changed. There was some cool dudes on here years ago. Meat, Fixatrod, Bancheta, Noss, Boonman, Jethro, Holyman, Nightriper, Frocashmony, so on... I remeber some heated arguements with the dudes from Bluetraxx.
  15. I hope your right. I purchased a new o-ring and a billet cover. Hope this solves the problem.
  16. Does anyone know if the neutral switch cover stay on under the case saver when you install it? I kept it on and couldnt get it to stop leaking. I just purchased a billet neutral cover incase the stock plastic one was the problem.
  17. Fromts I dont think can be rebuilt. Rears you need a spring compressor and I think the bottom uncrews. I hope someone chimes in with a better answer. Id like to know as well.
  18. You do not need or want a lock up/ override for trails with a 4 mill stocker.
  19. Id take on for a shee as well.
  20. First your digging up old threads then your not trusting my ability with a digital caliper. Haha jk
  21. I already gave you exact measurements 4 days ago.
  22. If your around 1000ft that's perfect. You need to kick it till it wollnt go up any more. I warm it up first too. Do you need a thumb throttle to start it? No. If jetted properly you don't need the throttle at all to start it.
  23. $400 shipped. Yet another dip $hit buyer. If your not capable of figuring out paypal or too stupid to correctly mail a letter don't respond.
  24. Since there brand new why not just have exhaust timings rased to a cub?
