  1. I am selling 421 serval motor complete and it has the following pro lite pistons, cool head domes cut by andy to run av fuel, vforce3 reed and spacers and stuffers. This motor will come with stator and has a billet clutch basket. Now the motor only has about 1 and half tank ran though it and thats no lie its all new. I will try to have pics by the end of the weekend. Please make offers i'm not quite sure what i should ask for it. I also have small bore cpi inframes that are pretty much brand new $500 for them. I also have 34 tm carbs for $250. Everything is pretty much new.
  2. Thanks I checked the the caps infact I replaced them and same thing. so im guessing it just doesnt need big jets. What do u think about the pilots?
  3. I have a very similar setup as you do 421 serval cpi sb inframes, +4 timing, etc..... Mine also seems to like smaller jets its kinda strange but im using 34mm munkui tm carbs. Still havnt got mine tuned fully but ill let you know what i come up with. Also let me know if u come up with anything else.
  4. well i got to play with it alil this weekend and i drop my mains to a 270 and it seems to pull alil better but i am going to take it this wk down to the dirt strip and refine it. Its seems alil strange that its still rich with a 270 jet but maybe im thinking to big i guess. Now i think my polit is to big at 50 it smokes alot at ilde and kinda stumbles on the low end but it will idle. What is a good rule for choosing a polit jet ? If anyone could give me some more input i would thank u . jetting isnt my strong point and thats y i turn to u guys. If anyone thinks 270 r too low please let me know. My compression is 164 and 163 so andy told me to keep the timing adv at +4. Thanks guys for helping!!!!
  5. so my setup is 421 serval v force reeds, cpi sb inframes, 34mm tm carbs(got a good deal on them), domes cut by andy not sure what size, +4 timing and im at about 1300ft. I run av gas at 32:1 ratio and the jetts i have in it now are 50 pilots and 330mains. Now if someone could give me a good starting point that would really help. With the jets in it now it will start to hit the band but then seems like it hits a wall. I need some help from u guys because u guys always seem to help out. I just wanna ride this thing Ive been working on getting it done for months now!!!
  6. I wanted to tell u guys thanks for the input. I cleaned the carbs and it fired up and ran fine(still havnt got to ride it yet ) u think i should cut the green and yellow wire because i really dont think it was the carbs. when i first started it up it only would idle but then in a few seconds it ran great. Hell now it fires up first kick and revs awsome. but anyways i was thinking maybe that may be the reason it was doing that. hopefully u guys could give me some feed back because i wanna feel the power of this 421 serval motor ive been hearing good things!
  7. Well got to work on the shee and checked fly wheel key and i closed the gaps alil on the sparks and it fired up and ran but i shut it off and couldnt get it to fire back up any ideas? and i did get it fired but it just idled and died
  8. How would u check for constant spark? Thanks i checked the bowl float level and set them right but its still wont run right. im outta ideas other than maybe cdi box or coil.
  9. Well the carbs are tm34mm muniki carbs and yes the reeds and gaskets are all new. The problem all started when i changed the main jet by screwing the bottom cap like ive done with a hundred times and i dont see y this would do anything. After i put the new jets in it didnt want to start and when it did well i told u the rest of the story already. also i have plige petcock so i know its not that. Any ideas????
  10. Ive tryed everything tested all the wiring but now thinking its the carbs but there brand new and were working good last time i started it. I am thinking its cursed any ideas im pissed
  11. The spark plug are new and it has a bright blue spark and compression is fine. Now today i went out and it fired up on both but then started acting up. One other thing is it would sit there and idle but if u gave to gas it shut off and yes all of tors system is removed? someone help i wanna ride this thing!!
  12. Got serval running new carbs well everything was running right but i went to ride it for the first time and now it dosnt want run at all and when it does it only fires one side then it will fire both wtf is going on?
