  1. Im just telling the truth dickhead Jeff has his shit easy he can go to work whenever the fuck he wants however the fuck he wants he doesnt have to go out of his way to drive 20 miles like the normal working man theres no excuse for bullshit like this You sound a bit jealous to me.Running a shop out of your house is not the way your making it sound. You can't get away from your work and that can be a bad thing, but it's a good way to start a good shop on the cheap side. I ordered twice from Jeff and had the parts shipped to my buddy's shop.he is a freak on how stuff is protected durning shipping.he never said a thing about the shipping and on my end parts were here when he said they would be.
  2. I hear ya!!! My family is boring as hell.going up north to the in-laws and get smashed with her dad and brother....
  3. Just got done weed wacking, had to smell the klotzs!!
  4. What are you guys up to?JUST please don't say riding!!I'll be out riding in 3 more weeks.... Just looking for new ideas...
  5. I worked at snap on years back.I made the fittings, scockets and so on.You would be on the difference between the materials and tolerances they used compared to craftsman.....
  6. Yep,I'll bet you will be at 280....
  7. well!!! 6 months later we figured it out!!!! we took the motor apart this past winter and everything looked ok.Checked the bearings on the crank and even have my buddy at the dealer check it out all looked fine.Tranny looked good and so on.Anyways we honed and ringed it, slapped it together.Fired it up and in a insteant it was making some grinding noise(totaly a different noise than last year).sounded like it was in the tranny. So ya we crack the cases again seen nothing wrong.WTF....So we took the tranny apart, both upper and lower gears.Taking apart the lower gears we found the problem from the start. The shaft was F**ked and couple of the gears I.D. was F**ked.Flat out had a hard time getting the gears off the shaft.I'm asumming the tranny locked up and caused the screws on the basket to shear.and all down hill after that...
  8. Just take your cyl. to a shop and they will tell you,if they can just hone them or need to bore to the next size.what ever size you go to you will not notice any power gains and be just fine on a stock motor..Some people go up .50 and think they have a 400cc motor.......
  9. If you make them citizens they'll want even more. Being illegal is a strong motivator in taking anything you can get. Once being converted to legal they will expect to be your boss. could not have said it any better!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  10. shipp them back! I'm drive that damn bus!!!!!!
  11. Speaking of this shit.My boss just hired one!!!I never could have seen him do anything like this years back, but the F**kers are so damn cheap, they are putting us out of bus.We have him in the drywall dept.I'll never see him I'm sure on my jobs.I'm running the finish carpentry. Those F**kers are 40 cents cheaper a square foot.WTF!! On big build outs if we don't get the finish carpenrty there is not much money to be made, because we have to drop our price to keep the guys busy...
  12. What kind of riding are you doing?Dragging, dune or trail...i think you will get better answers this way.
  13. The general consensus on the forum seems to be that porting postons is not a ood idea as the gains are minimal and it weakens the piston. (why people prefer weisco over Vitos. Not saying you will have problems with it though, just that there are easier ways to gain a little power like a timing plate. I agree on the piston porting.I did that with two sets of pistons and broke the skirts in a year. From the seat of the pants i did not notice any difference just by slipping the piston in as is.
  14. I think it was Holyman that was selling his bus. last year sometime...
  15. Water valve was bad, only $35....Thanks guys, better than paying $200-$300 for a service guy!!
  16. I just fired the shee up after installing the nology coil with hotwires and still have the stock CDI.All I can say it was worth IT!!!I didn't even get the shee out of the garage and it's a stronger smoother running motor!! I'm running the be8gv's plugs. A++++++++ and than some
  17. I've been looking at the tech sheet and don't see a fill valve...just a water valve.Would that be the same??
  18. There is no filter with this ref.as for the screen have no clue where to look,if it even has that set up.This ref. is about 8 years old and it's a Kenmorne.
  19. yes the machine diminish over time and now nothing. The ice maker worked off and on for two-three weeks. The water started to hesitate durning those weeks.
  20. The ice maker and water dispencer isn't working. What could be the problem? The water valve????I check the water line going to the ref and no problems there.
  21. I just used this tool and for the idle it worked awsome! As for the opening of the slides that's a different story.I did that by eye...keeping the throttle lock above idle on a 2 stroke....I had problems
  22. Years back I kinda had the same problem and that was from the stator. The feet were rusty and worn.....
  23. I agree...What do the plugs look like? Also do they look the same?I'm not to keen on sparying to see if there is a air leak.I would do a leak down test.Their cheap and easy to make.Even thou your problem don't really sound like a air leak I would just rule it out 100%. http://www.bansheehq.com/forums/index.php?...ak+down+testing
  24. I would toss the craftman gauge, before you even think about a new top end.I had one of those and read about 20-30 lbs under my new snap-on. To keep a shee running like it should a few tools are needed Snap on compression tester leak down tester banshee manual is a must!! The leak down tester is cheap and easy to make. I have the link, but have no clue how to put it here....EEERRRR.. RNBRAD made it up,I'm sure someone will chime in.... Also a flywheel puller if you ever tear down a motor their like $10,never use a 3 jaw puller!! $30 for a inner clutch and fly wheel tool.
  25. Another point for Jeff...I'm going to give the shee a ring job next season...O'boy ..more than rings could be coming UPS.....lol
