  1. No clunk...It's not torn apart.I just took the cover off to see how they held up.I replaced the cushions last winter.Just disappointed on how much they wore on 4 weekend rides.
  2. Aftermarket...Hinson basket..rest are oem parts.
  3. How often do most of you replace them?After one season there's about 1/4 inch of slop in the basket.
  4. Hmmm I never did any mods or jetting changes in years.I will remove flywheel and make sure the key is ok and still set at +4.Also will do a leak down test....What what be wrong with the reeds?I don't understand that...
  5. What's going on with my motor?I will hear an backfire/pop out of the exhaust on the first kick when motor is warm.Also this past trip the motor died a couple times at a rolling stop and was hard to start right after.After 20 kicks it started.??? Scott
  6. How do you add the correct amount of oil to the shock?I have an Nitrogen tank and know the psi,without looking it's 175 for the rears and 125 for the fronts.

  10. The I.D. of the front tube is wasted where the needle bearings ride.Does anyone have a repair??..replace tube...fill and bore??What can you do?
  11. I think it was 3rd and 4th gear (or 4th and 5th) that my tranny got stuck.I could only go up and down one gear.Rode it hard back to camp in these two gears (2-3 miles)and than all is fine,back to all six gears and I hammered it all weekend with no problems.What happened!!??.
  12. I can't post pictures.I belive there is a stamping on the wheel that leads to a oem #.I will check when I head back to the shop.
  13. I bought an oem 2006(?)banshee flywheel off ebay.Looks clean,but does not have any drill holes on the side.Is this normal?All the flywheels I've seen have some drill holes on them.

  15. Nope at that time it was a "special order".I was stuck with them!!Back in 2005-2006.Same shit I ordered them for a stock banshee.
