The motor breaks up and will lose some power.The motor will idle fine and rev good in netrual.

The plugs only got white/gray one time. Mods...... Woods port with case matching to transfers,20cc domes,28mm pwk's with 155 mains,48 pilots and needle in 3rd from top.It's the n8ba needle something like that.I run the lid with the last 2x3 inches cut out.White knuckle intakes with v-3 reeds.1500 feet above sea level.I'm running pump gas and the commpression is 175.I checked the compression at about 800 ft above sea.Which seems a little high for pump gas.I'm going to call the builder on that. With all the problems I've been having I never changed the jetting.Ran like a top after the rings were broken in.

I had porting done over the winter...!st weekend out the middle crank bearing froze up.It ran like a top for 2-3 hours.Next trip the stator smoked and destroyed the flywheel.The frame was cracked where the regulator mounts.I'm thinking a bad ground caused that problem. So now it runs like a million bucks until the motor gets hot.I'm thinking the crank seal on the stator side got damaged when the stator cooked.Never did a plug chop yet,but the plugs always looked dark brown and a tad wet on the ring.When it started to act up I pulled the plugs and they were gray/white!!!!ran it 100 yards and the plugs got color.

Do they work with aftermarket pipes?

It passed on the leak down and compression test.

Machine runs great for the first 10 minutes after that it starts to run like shit.Let the bike cool and than it will run fine and than run like shit.Can this problem be any other than a crank seal?

My flywheel cracked around the slots.It was lighten and slots were cut.I'm sure that caused it to destroy!!So the stator is crap also!I never had a problem with the ricky stator that i've been running for years....So after reading the post in product reviews.how is rmstator?Are there any others?

I'm in Milwaukee and rode the Tri trails.....the farm trails are fun but short.There is a speed limit on the railroad grade of 25 mph and yes they have the 5-0 out on the trails,this was 4 years ago.The best in the state are the dun-good trails!!http://www.dungood.com/trailcon.shtml.

I will never deal with them again and the last time I dealt with them was 8 years ago.I feel they got there team from Kmart and Target department stores.

I agree with some others it's to rich.I had the same problem with 6th gear just not right and i dropped the main 5 or 8 points and it ran great!!Do a plug chop like said before.

The bar with the mud pit is about 15 miles from hurley or so.It's at the end of the trail,that's all i can remember.
