  1. Been up there a few times.The radar run and the bar that has the mud pit in back are the best.You see some crazy machine up there!!O'yeah dont forget about the Silver dollar in Hurley.(no kids lol)

I never used any sealant on mine.If I remember correctly,I cut most of the sealant off to match the case porting.I have different stock jugs now (same cases)and the builder said to put a thin coat of yamabond on.everyone is different I guess.I'm ready to put my top end together and will be interested on reading what other people due!!!
  3. We worked on mine 4 hours at camp.Went to the bar came back and my buddy fired it up and ran like a top....I kept drinking...lol
  4. lol..... I had kinda the same problem.The headlights went on/off while riding and would run like shit here and there.Also would not start at times.A burnt wire on the pipe gave me the problem.It was only a headlight/taillight wire but went back to the stator and caused a arc/flash something like that.

  12. I'm looking to replace my chain rollers.I run the cascade slide.Why are the uppers(large)easy to find and the lower is not?Some places only offer the upper.
  13. Banchetta nice to see ya again! I had t-5's running 4th-6th gear for years on mid-top cylinders A+++.moved into woods riding and the set-up wasn't that great.Ibroke a rod and needed new cylinders and than I went with the fatty's with stock porting.Alot of clutching with the t-5's.I was in the weeds alot.....LOL
  14. Other than the lenth difference if any...What is the difference between pro-design,whiteknucle and boss intakes for preforamance?The tunnels are totally different on all three.
  15. I run 28 pwk's with v-3 reeds and pro-design intakes.The carbs are like 7 years old.My buddy has the same set up,but with stock intakes and the air box is fine.His carbs are a year old.
  16. Are the boss intakes shorter than the pro-design intakes? Be nice to move the air box back to it's stock location.

  20. I use the easy pull lever.I figured out you can unplug the run/off control,and the machine should run. I just can't see what the clutch has to do with the headlights??
  21. The banshee died two different weekends,there was no spark.replaced coil and clean all wired ends.still no spark.Took run /off control off and cleaned.fired and ran great all weekend. Next trip same thing happened lost spark a few miles down the trail.remove run/off control and cleaned.nothing!!!messed around for hours and no spark.Went to the bar came back, first kick fired and ran great all weekend!!!WTF???? So now it runs great,BUT headlights go off when pulling in the clutch.Also headlights flicker on and off.

  23. hmmm I have the FAST clutch with the easy pull lever that Jeff sells.this is the third season with it and notice a little something last year,but notice like it is now.When I first install the clutch I had no problems at all...
