  1. Yes,when the arm is up in the off position ice is still being made. It's a Kenmore Model # 596.57582790
  2. Is there a another name for timer assembly? can't find anything like that...only thing that comes up as assembly is the complete ice maker assembly.
  3. Many months ago the ice maker stop working.I replaced the water valve and all is working just fine.(thanks to applanicpro)A month or two ago the ice maker would not stop making ice.For now the water is shut off.I check the metal stop arm,it moves freely and will stop in the off position.I have no clue what to do besides replace the ice making unit. Any ideas??

  5. Going to Florida March 8th with the guys.We'll be landing in Tampa Bay,staying around the Gulf and driving to Fort Myers.We are thinking of going to Miami.What's all in Maimi that could reel us in.It's just alot of driving.

  9. what is a YPVS engine???? Also,what's the difference betwwen n68A and 68A needle?I got the N68A needle from carb parts and the 4th space threw me for a loop.i'm used to 3 letters..

I'm looking to compare and/or get some tips on my jetting.i have stock porting,fatties,v-3 and k&N with flange.Modded air box lid....it's a fresh motor so i started at 48 polits,N68A needle in middle position,with 148 mains.also at sea level.I'm just starting to get color on the plug and did not do a plug chop yet.the only thing I noticed is when I come off the main and come to a stop.It pops a little bit once the rpm's come down to idle.I'm think it's rich on the main right?Any one running mods like i am to compare jetting? All other mods are in the sig......
  11. I did a number on the right cylinder.I picked up a set of stock ported jugs from a 06', just to get through the summer months.so I need to rejet. My sig as all mods....... What's a good starting point for pilots,needles and mains? Will stock needles work?if so what is the size? I'm at sea level.
  12. I'm going from ported cylinders to stock to get through the season.I destoryed the right cylinder!!! I need to rejet and I can't read my needles and right now not even sure what needles to run with 28 pwk's. I have the AOL in decimals to help pin point my needle size. Which is 2.322...How do I convert that to mm??

  14. I need a set of banshee cylinders.This is for a woods/play bike.I would like to run a 4mm.so I'm looking for stock porting,or cylinders ported for a 4mm.If you have a woods port for a 350 also let me know.please PM me....

A 1/4 inch ....Check out your prussure plate it could be worn.I never heard of using loctite on this nut!!.I set that swcrew by turning the screw all the way in and than back it out 1/3 to 1/2 turn max.99% of the time the pointers are lined up if not damn close.I than would add a bit if free play at the lever.
  16. Hmmm I was always told to check it cold....I have check it warm before and only got a pound or 2 higher.

I had both pipes,PC for trails.Don't have to clutch it so much out of the hole.T-5 for alot of open running.If I stay in 4-6th gear the t-5 were better than the PC's.if I would go down to 2nd-3rd gear I liked the PC's better.PC's also had a smoother hit than the t-5's.I do remember going off the trail a bit when the T-5's HIT!!

Most people say with porting,pipes,carbs,reeds and other bolt on mods you should true and weld the crank.i've been running the stock crank for 6 years now and no problems.But than i crack the caes every other year.So far I just replace one outside bearing that was going.I might crank it next year,but I'm not sure what kind of crank.I don't think it will be a hot rod thou.
  20. Disconnect your clutch cable at the lever.Turn that screw all the way in AND back it out about 1/2 turn.Check and see where your pointers line up on the case and the arm coming out of the case.They should line up damn close.Add a touch of free play at the lever.
  21. Yup they don't make the b8egv any more,but there are tons out there.BR8EIX is the new replacement.most auto stores around here just carry the BR8EIX.The sport shops carry the b8egv's.
  22. My buddy never used the choke and the shee would scream on cold start up.I talked him in going up a point on the pilots and now he chokes it and does not scream, also idles down good now.
