  9. Here is a link from meats web-site.http://thebansheezone.tripod.com/id54.htm It is full of knowladge. The bearing will come out when you drive out the seal.
  10. Take off the water pump plate on the outside of the cover.Take the clip and washer, gear and little pin off the back side.Slide the water pump out.Use a socket to drive out the old seal.Be carefull you don't scar the case where the seal goes.Make sure there are no burrs.Lube the new one with some wd-40 or something and drive it in.Make sure you put the seal in rite, it should be marked.oil side/water side.Becarefull putting in the new seal.
  11. Cap nuts and copper or aluminum washers.People have had this problem with many brands of cool heads, and this is the best way to fix it.As long as the coolant is only leaking around the studs and not into the cylinder.
  12. I know the Cometic gaskets are like a rubber coated copper if that helps. The Vesrah brand gaskets are probably the closest to stock thicknesses.Vito's has some pretty good gaskets available too. They offer many diff thicknesses for special needs. We use Vito's for a big reed motor we have, because it uses a .060 base gasket.I have never used any of the other brands.I have always used stock, cometic,or vesrah.
  13. Your carbs will work fine. They pretty well unported, but there is always room to grow.
  14. Jim from Passion Racing (918-232-3950) can hook you up for an awesome price on Cubs or big Cheetahs.K&T ported stock jugs have been going for $300. and up.It realy depends on the port work.
  15. Go with the Shearer's.They will out perform CPI's and you can pick them up for a super deal.Click here--->Shearer In-frames
  16. Call Jim from Passion Racing 918-232-3950.He Has many diff packages for the cubs.He can also do your stock jugs if thats what you need. What kinda riding do you do?It will help determine what your set-up should be.

  19. I use the 927 and never had any problems.I mix 50:1.I have tried Neo T2 at 100:1 for a while but I don't like it because it gums everything up even at 100:1,The 927 is deffinately a cleaner burning oil.
  20. Passion Racing http://passionracingengines.com/
  21. There is a reason the T-rex cylinders have alot more port work to put out the numbers too.The cubs and cheetahs have a way better port lay-out.
