I just ordered in a clutch basket and some misc parts from Jeff and WOW what can i say. His service is top notch. Jeff was willing to go out of his way to help me out even after business hours. All i can say is thanks alot for your time and help. We need more guys like him.

I havn't done business with Jeff (YET).......but I plan to in the future.......for me its worth paying the shipping from San Diego...........so I know im getting it done right!.........seen lots of good post in Jeff..........(and I would make sure my motor would be secure in a small crate) :P

Ya, Ya milk crates are only good for two things, storing things in my garage neatly and furniture when I was in college. See if Jeff can get you a pic of the crate I built and sent my motor in. I built a plywood box and used the motor mounts in front and made two for the back. It may be apain to open it, but it served my purposes, and Jeff is on-it when you PM him.

 

Just remember if you do send him your motor tomorrow don't expect to get it back in a week especially this time of year. Unless your name is Tyler and go by Loco, then you get that prefferential treatment (suck -up :notworthy: ). Just yankin' your chain Loco.

haha week might be stretching it but 2 weeks sure isnt :D especially when i have jeff move back motors so that he can get mine done first :lol:

Jeff is a top notch guy to deal with. I haven't dealt with many that are in the same league. Customer service is top notch.

On the many different times I have talked to jeff about parts or info he has been more than happy to help. Most every post I have ever seen dealing with him has been positive unless the the flower power gets involved :wacko: ...

No doubt Jeff's customer service is very, very hard to beat.

 

I was stuck at the dunes...two weeks ago on a Friday trying to get my Cub setup (think I have it...another subject) and late Friday, 6PM or so...Jeff was holding up UPS to get a carb order together for me.

 

It ended up being a little more than my wallet could stand (carbs, cables, intakes and filters) albeit it was at a FANTASTIC price...I still needed gas/food to get home...:) You all know what's that's like.

 

But...bottom line, Jeff was waiting for me to pull the trigger.

Talked to him after hours, weekends, etc. Like someone else said...He is damn near like OnStar for banshee owners.

 

Jeff's wife might not like him to much anymore...:)....but, he's beloved here on the HQ and by his customers...

 

I can only wait to get my motor together and running to brag to him about that...too!!
