sweet bike, that thing is awsome lookingh i love the color. ive got a question for you. I just bought a banshee, my first one,and it seems to suck at jumping, very nose heavy. hows yours at jumping? can a banshee be a good jumper? thanks bro

nose heavy? next time you are midflight grab the next gear and rev her out! :rolleyes: . I jump the shit out of my banshee all the time with the stock suspension it's not REAL bad, I bottom it out more on takeoff than landings.I'd rather spend my dough on HP than a $2000 suspension setup ,and i'm sure i'm not the only one B)

Sooner or later you're going to need that suspension to put the power to the ground effectively...

 

Stock suspension on a shee is flat out horrible.

 

THe cheap mans way of improving it is getting used shocks off a YFZ450, or...spend the coin on Elka, etc.

 

If you think the shee stock suspension isn't that bad, you haven't ridden too many other quads...or if you have, their suspension was beat to all hell...

+2+1 can't be beat. Even with stock shocks still it is pretty nice. I can't wait till I get some nice aftermarket shocks.

i plan on getting the sfb billet three piece clutch cover and a billet stator cover. the agressive dune port and the dmc's is sick. it's very loud though about 105 +db gotta be sneeky around the forest service rangers. up shift and lug the crap out of it. a +6 swinger is in work, it's impossible to keep the front end down. that is actually horse falls and i only get to make up there every once in a while when i go home on leave (in the navy), a few time a year. but if any one is ever headin out to sand mountain nv. hit me up i live in fallon. :headbang:

Ding I was hoping to get it out there that it was Horsfall before you mentioned it. Looks to be right around spot #3 near the entrance, very nice place to ride. Bike looks great. By the way, a group of guys I know will be over there the first weekend of Feb. Now I know this isn't the riding forum, but just thought I'd through it out there. Only a few Banshees, a dirtbike or two, and some stupid Utilities. :cheers:

stratigic lightening. around the frame gussets they don't go all the way through. i talked to a guy that did that to his years ago and has never had a problem with cracking or breaking plus it gives it a bit more of a custom look i think.
