I have some stockers that were painted when I got them they are white and painted a maroonish color I have started to take the paint off but it still neds alot more work

I used a sharpie you can get the marks off later with a solvent of some kind. I uses a heat gun and a carpet knife the heat makes the plastic much eaiser to cut
51.55 hp and 31.3 torque with mods in my sig 60 mm stock bore and no real intake port work just casting flaws removed and the transfers smoothed I did take some material out of the exhaust side and polish it. I have played around with a few set of cylinders and a couple of books and cds on 2 stroke port work. no I am not a pro but it is good to know you did it yourself

I have been using these for chadwick and other rocky conditions with 5 or 6 psi
also on the raptor at the dunes a buddy broke his bike and rode the raptor with them on it I am not saying they are paddles but they worked ok
Its possible you broke the pivot bolt for the shift fork. That will make you think you are shifting but you arent actually changing gears. so what ever gear you were in when you were in when you turned around thats the gear it is still in.
I shipped mine in a old cooler I had laying around with blankets and pillows around it. When I got it back the company sent it back in my cooler with foam cut out to fit the motor and on my papers they wrote me a little note saying that the cooler was a good idea for shipping.
I found a sticker that says My drinking team has a racing problem that fits the one behind the seat perfect and the top part that says warning is still visable.
I havethe vapor and installed it with nothing extra been on there over a year and no problems at all I would also get the billet barclamp mount the plastic mount that comes with it is no good imo
He is asking about savage 420, or maybe climbanyhill cant remember he had stockers and he had the side vents and the lower vents in the hood done in mesh. looked darn good too. imo
two empty J D bottles and some heater hose. and you are set I taped mine to each side of the tank this is where they perform best. If you want me to make you some just send me two bottles of whiskey and I will empty and dry the bottles for you and send back the finneshed product an no charge. :biggrin:
