  2. Thanks man, now I just need to find em locally cause I need it by this weekend!
  3. Stripped the frame and need to call around for helicoil, anyone know who stocks em?
  4. will need head, and all the electronics, including stator/flywheel
  5. Don't have any pics at work....I just had a muffler shop make em
  6. Most definetly T4's. Look at the bottom of this page http://www.toomey.com/html/faq.htm
  7. They come off the clutch perch, just cut them off, needs to be an open circuit
  8. No it wouldn't run. EBRAKE WIRES?? ARE THEY DISCONNECTED??
  9. Do you have the ebrake wires disconnected? this has caused the exact symptoms on many bikes I've worked on
  10. Small domes will kill top end performance, don't worry about compression numbers, they will only tell you if you need a rebuild. Compression ratio and squish band are key. I've done a lot of research on this lately, I used to run 15cc domes and now I know why I had no top end. You should have your builder cut the domes for your application.
  11. Did you run out of gas?
  12. Could only be the impeller seal or the impeller shaft, unless you been stickin yer dick in da filler hole again
  13. Is it milky at all? Impeller seal could be leaking coolant in. Make sure your vent lines are not kinked, this can cause unequal pressure
  14. You couldn't pry my twist from my cold dead hands, thumbs are for girlie man
  15. Shoot me a price too
  16. Cops are actually pretty laid back here, there's too many people for the cops to worry about petty stuff, 10 over the speed limit is the norm, have to be going at least 15 over to get pulled over and sure as hell wont get pulled over for a seat belt, unless they're looking for dui's then your screwed
  17. Yup or you will bend your shift forks
  18. You could but it would be a pain in the ass, you can shift up with no clutch no prob...but if you need to shift down you have to pull in the clutch, stop and start over, not much fun. I believe you need an overide to use an air shifter, not sure, pingle sells one
  19. Whatever you got as long as it's in good shape
  20. I'll take the pipes if you part it out
  21. 4-5 degrees btdc (advanced)
  22. RZ crank will drop right in, would be a good idea to get it welded though If you go with a stroker you will have to get it re-ported and either run a spacer or get the head cut 2mm (for a 4mm crank) A long rod/stock stroke with 795 pistons will drop right in too
  23. Head gasket and base gaskets are very different...
