    Someone has to hook me up here, I could potentially get laid lol....I'm very limited to how I can get it or I would allready have it. I can only get it through someone elses ftp or if you use www.yousendit.com which is very easy to use. Thanks guys

    rebel is correct, the small bores hold in the exhaust for too long and will cause overheating, thats why you were getting hot so fast, plus your choking your top end, sell those puppies and get some shearers

    Mains seem really really small, I'm running 290's at 5000ft elevation and 26mm carbs, I would guess you need to be around 340 or so

    I'm almost positive you can, as long as there is a little screw on the cover and a tab on the shift drum that touches it while in neutral, then hook up any little light with a hot wire going to it and the ground going to that screw on the shift drum cover, then the light is only grounded while in neutral...make sense?

    Don't forget the knuckles on the front.....Hang on if this is for your girlfriend do the bare minimum unless she's paying for everything, most likely you won't be with her in a year from now anyway. Spend more time fixing up your bike

    Drum is no different fyi and it's not really a bearing, the pin is just seperate from the fork and rolls inside the fork rather than being solid
