  1. thanks alot for the reply, ill definately look into a FAST clutch, but where do u find them i cant seem to find them on Rocky mountain or dennis kirk.
  2. Well my stock clutch wont hold it anymore, all it does is slip when you cram it. What kind of clutch do you guys run. i found a tusk with heavy duty springs on rocky mountain for just like 40 bucks, are they a decent clutch and will it hold.
  3. i dunno if it is blowin the taillight or not cause i didnt have it on there.

Well i put my lights back on last night just so i could do some night riding, well as soon as i flipped the switch on it would blow bulbs, tried hooked a different light up to it and it blew that bulb too, Are u suppse to get different bulbs with a timingf advance cause when i took my lights off i didnt have the timing advance yet
  5. Well how hard is it to put a clutch in an 03 banshee, mines not holding through the powerband , all it does is slip so i gues its time for a new one. I usually do all my work myself but just curious is there is anything i should look out for when replacing a clutch
  6. how do i adjust the clutch on my banshee, the past couple times i buzzed down the road it acts like its breaking the tires loose but i know better than that
  7. Ive thought about shavin the fenders on the bansh, how much of them do u guys cut off to make them look real good, and i would also enjoy some pics of some shaved fenders and ill tell u what ones i realy like
  8. well boys i got it running, it was a wire broke off the stator, soddered it back together and its runnin fine, thanx for all the help tho.
  9. well i set my air gap, still nothing. man i just can figure this out, the only thing i done was took the cover off of it and founs out i would need more tools to go on so i put it back together and it wont run. If the pickup coil still has magnetism does that mean it is good??
  10. If the distance between the pickup coil and the flywheel not right will it not run, maybe theres a possibility that i hit it because all wires look solid????
  11. Ive had mine throwing sparks out, i kept riding hard, ive also had it glowing red down through the end of the pipes, i just set there for a bit got back on and rode hard again and it ran just like it always did.
  12. i forgot to add that for the past week i have had the flywheel/stator cover off because i have baught a timing advance for it, but after tryin to get the flywheel off i noticed i need a puller so i ordered the puller and put the 4wheeler back together so that i could ride it. can u guys think of anything that i could have bumped or anything while i was in there?? and for the tors, there are some wires unplugged down around the carb, is that it or where is it located..............im completely new to a banshee so sry if i seem dumb to u fellows lol, ive rode honda 4strokes about all my life till now
  13. well fellows it aint gettin no fire, i stuck a screwdriver in the wire end, held on to the metal of the driver and it didnt even bit me, now is there anything simple i could fix to see if hopefully that is it.

OK i was lost with what u ment by gas settin in the carb but i get it now, i dont think it would be stail within 2 weeks. no i havent checked the spark yet, whats the easiest way to check it?? i figured it would run with gas in the cylnders too, or at least try to run, this thing aint got nothing it seems like.
  15. No gas setting in the carb that i can see, but it is awfully dirty around where the trottle cable screws on
