What all does "hinson clutch" entail? I am interested, but is it the complete set up or just the basket?

I can't guarantee the condition of the crank. It moves free, but the motor seized on one side, so there could a number of thing in the lower bearings. That's the only reason I am breaking it up. I don't want to sell someone a bottom end with a bad crank. I have a good used crank that could go with it, but I think it may be better to just part it out. If he is interested in any of the parts contact me.

I've got a complete bottom end that I will be parting out. The cases are in perfect shape, no cracks at all. The will just need a good bath.

The powervalves are rotated by two cable which connect onthe other end to the powervalve servo. The servo is controlled by the PV controller which gets it's reading from the cdi, which monitors the stator to know what RPM to make them open. Simple, huh. The clutch rigs up the same on both motors. You kind of stumped me on the last one. There should be tow cables for the throttle.

That's hard to say. Some may depend on how high your exhaust port has been cut.

My motor is back and being wrenched on slowly. I have very little hope in being able to ride it this weekend. Hopefully soon, but there is just too much left to do and I hate to rush it. I can't wait to try it. Have fun
