Bought a box of chain back in December. It wasn't enough so I bought another box at the end of January.
5 days ago I got around to opening the 2nd box so I could link the 2 together and get shit put on my projet bike.
When I opened the 2nd box the chain wasn't a Renthal R3 o ring chain, but an R1 non o ring chain in an R3 box.
I call them up and ask if I can exchange it even though it had been more than 30 days. No problem they said. They emailed me a UPS label, I dropped it off at UPS, and I got my R3 o ring chain in today.
I was amazed. I didn't get the 3rd degree, no one accused me of swapping chains, hell I didn't even have a receipt! They just pulled up my account history, and I didn't have to enclose a note or anything telling them what to do. They had it ready and waiting for when my chain shipped back to them.
Thats some pretty damn good customer service.
