  2. just cut the whole wheels off. :biggrin: ummm, maybe try using a little bit smaller socket..try a 9/16 and pound it on.. or maybe even a 13mm..
  3. 4 wheeler..and sometimes i pop it up and ride on the rear 2 wheels or the side 2 wheels.. so i have the best of both worlds.. try to ride on all 4 wheels on a dirtbike. :biggrin:
  4. umm, i think its got a purpose there. i think it holds that shaft in place or something. just leave it on.. i dont see why youd need to split your cases that often?

  11. i dont know about them, but i run the magnum billet baskets in my 4mm and 10mm cub and they are holdin up great! give FAST a call..
  12. well to do it right the swingarm should be sandblasted.. in that case, sand would end up in there.. i think id really get them out and do it right. install new ones later.

  15. well it can be done. theres plenty of room in there for the engine thats for sure. its gonna take time and money tho. engine swaps are usually expensive and time consuming if done properly. ive done 2 now and they are a HANDFUL. sprockets must be aligned properly and engine height is critical. if you cant oversee this project yourself from start to finish i really recommend not doin it. its realy best to have a good knowledge of how these things work. and being able to weld and fabricate is really pretty necessary..
  16. i have both a 4mm cub and 10mm cub.. personally i would go with a 4mm motor. they are the most cost effective and if setup correctly can put a whoopin on a 10mm cub..
  17. i am sure those were drop shipped ffrom the chromer. gary wouldnt let those arms go out like that. i have his arms in black and they look awesome. my bro has some in chrome and they look nice as well. my brother bent an a arm and gary had one back out to him in a week..garys service is excellent and im sure he didnt know those looked like that..

  19. gonna depend on elevation and whether or not you wanna run race fuel..
  20. need more info. and stop using caps lock. location? cub motor? temperature? fuel type? premix? what all did you get with the kit? whats your compression?
  21. you need to be running a higher octane fuel to compensate for the increased compression and timing. if not, youre gonna have some expensive problems.. what kind of octane booster are you using? are you mixing it properly? i dont really know much about octane booster. i always just run at least 100 octane race fuel..
  22. most pwk carbs jet about the same. so im gonna say start at 45 pilot and 162 main. that should get you pretty close. set your timing at +4. are you running higher octane fuel to compensate for the increased compression and timing?
  23. id stick with cubs. you can just slap a super cub on and go. gotta have your cases sent out and have them made to accept the super cubs. gonna be a lot of downtime and more money for not that much more power.
  24. i fucked around for a while and kept buying cheap boots. thor, oneil and some other shit. they never felt right and i wore them out pretty quick. bought this pair of alpinestar tech 6 about 2 years ago and they are still in excellent shape and feel good on my foot.. id just buy a good pair and be done with it. i think you can get tech 6's for about 250.
