  1. hey glen..nice bikes. why they sellin them?
  2. 1. install the swingarm onto the bike. make sure you get your pivot chain roller or slider on before you install. put some grease on your swingarm bolt too before installing. 2. put the carrier into the swingarm. it will go in the sprocket side and through to the brake side. install the brake mount plate and then put the c-clip on. 3. put the brake hub on the axle and then slide the axle through from the brake slide to the sprocket side. install the sprocket hub and then whatever locking device the axle uses. put some grease on the axle and in the carrier before install. 4. put your wheel hubs and brake caliper on. 5. put the wheels and tires on and let the bike down so that its sitting on the wheels and tires. 6. put the chain on the bike and cut to length. youll want to set the carrier first so that if your chain stretches you can tighten it some. make sure you put the rear chain slider on the bike and space it so that the chain runs straight through it. 7. adjust chain by moving the carrier. about 2" of play in the middle and tighten carrier bolts. 8. go cut some do-nuts in your front yard. i think that about does it.
  3. well if it came he either didnt run or he laid down some slow ass times. cuz there wasnt anyone close to me or my brothers 6.3 runs!!
  4. yea id say check all your wiring really well. might have something pinched or rubbing or who knows. have you cut your harness down at all?
  5. thats fuckin tight. i bet its expensive!!
  6. hmm, got pretty hammered thursday night and drank a little last night..soo i might take it easy tonight. i have a hillclimb tomorrow so i wanna be in the riding state of mind. ha.
  7. call FAST and get some wiseco's
  8. 45 pilot and 160 main. that should get you really close. all the pwk carbs jet almost the same. ive run 33-39 and always used the same pilot (45) and 158 to 162 main. im about 1000 feet above sea level and 70 - 80 degrees.
  9. i dont know much about your setup, but you dont want 200 pounds of compression. 170-180 is a better number..
  10. hmmmmmmmmmmmmm....
  11. bluefags.com???
  12. haha nah, just saying a higher hp bike would have torn them up a long time ago. im actually surprised that it lasted that long. that thing was about dead.
  13. you better get the 9 inch rears. theres a lot more tire options for the 9 inch rim...
  14. if your motor had any more power youd have ripped those off a long time ago...
  15. 33mm pwk is a good choice.
  16. yfz450 all the way..
  17. hillclimb in troy, ks this sunday. starts at 1pm. 4 wheeler classes include 2 stroke stock and modded and 4 stroke stock and modded.. bring your bikes out and have some fun. 300 foot timed hill. food, drinks all that shit is there..
  18. id go for either laker customs or fullbores.. i dont think ufo or maier will match quality with either of the others..
  19. first off, 230 cant be too rich. no way. stock is 210 and with your mods and pipes theres no way it should be rich at 230. how did you determine it was rich? next, your main jet has nothing to do with your idle. the pilot jet is what you need to be looking at. what pilot is in there? should either be a 25 or 27.5. stock is 25. almost all aftermarket pipe setups require a 27.5 pilot. ive never seen anyone use bigger. what is it doing when you start it?
  20. hey, i resemble that remark.. need more info.. what was warm? the bike or the temperature? just making sure so we can help you better..
  21. hell, its no big deal. i used a sawzall with a course metal blade and it worked fine..
  22. my rears are the 4/4 off set i believe. they are a 9 inch rim.. the fronts are a 3/2 im thinking and they are a 10" rim..
  23. yes, take it off for more power. you will need to at least check your jetting to make sure youre still ok. if you dont want to buy the adapter kit, just run a couple of sheet metal screws into each corner of the white piece that seals up the the stock box. then if you need to take it off, just unscrew the screws. you dont really have to buy the adapter plate of you dont want to..
  24. i run mine at dirt hillclimbs and at the dunes. yea, pretty much drag only. cub cylinders are not trail friendly, so if you wanna dune and ride trails stick with stock cylinder. if you wanna drag race more then snag a cub..
