  1. yep those are hipers.. welcome to HQ by the way..
  2. something doesnt look quite right there. the banshee frame does have some weird bends to it that make it appear to be bent, but that one actually does look bent.
  3. sounds good. post back with what you find.
  4. Steve, welcome to HQ bro it sounds like you may need to tear the motor down. it sounds like you might have a bent shift fork causing the problem. i would start by tearing off the clutch cover(kick start side) and look around in there first just to make sure its nothing simple. then after that, it may be necessary to pull the motor and split the cases.
  5. sweet. is that laser etched or something?
  6. sweet crib man. sucks you couldnt show the bansheehq.com banner. that wouldve been sick.
  7. you guys act like never fouling a plug is due to the plug. if your bike is jetted correctly there is no reason to ever foul a plug. i run NGK BR9EIX Iridiums.
  8. do you mean the arm that the cable is attached to?
  9. whats so hard about putting a masterlink on? and the easiest way to put it on is on the rear sprocket. i use vice grips, flat screw driver and a hammer. done in less than a minute.
  10. looks good. i like the frame color. thats more bling than ive seen in a long ass time.
  11. i have no idea. i dont think there is even a website anymore. gary did produce some nice quality stuff for sure. me and my brother both have quicksand arms.
  12. the mental image of someone putting their mustache close enough to the sprocket to get caught up in it is both funny and painful at the same time.
  13. i cant verify since my buddy hasnt even rode it yet, but i think the heims will hold up fine. they are fucking huge. they make the heims on my quicksand arms look like tiny baby infant jesus heims.
  14. me and a buddy just put a set on his banshee and they seem pretty decent to me. i didnt see anything wrong with them. we havent rode on them yet but unless you nail a tree in 4th gear i cant see how anything could go wrong with them...
  15. where is it spitting coolant? do you have a coolant bottle? how much is it losing? i think your jetting sounds pretty close and definitely not anything thats going to cause you to spit coolant. it sounds like something might be pressurizing your coolant system. at 50 degrees, you shouldnt be overheating too badly.. also, how long did you run it?
  16. welcome to HQ bro list all your mods, jet sizes, temperature and elevation and we will get you started on your way to a good running bike..
  17. BansheeHQ.com
  18. whoa dude, where the hell have you been? whats been going on? good to see you back. i agree, ive run 33, 35 and 39mm pwk and they all had almost identical jetting.
  19. my girls basket is grooved pretty bad too wonder if jeff can get me a new one.
  20. what a dumbass.
  21. thanks man. i figured it was about time. thanks man. me too. im ready to ride. that sounds badass. 380' isnt really a short hill around these parts. most of ours are about 300'. get some pics for sure. those are the west coast series pro hills. we dont get to ride them. im sure if i showed up and paid theyd let me wreck my bike. haha.
  22. youve already spent this much money. why not spend a few hundred more and go with the billet 2nd and not worry about it? how much money worth of damage will it do if it does come apart without it?
  23. i just want to clarify on this statement. not all motors are the same. my clutch arm does not line up with the arrow when properly adjusted. i would not use the arm and arrow as a means of adjustment.
  24. well i can tell you from experience, that it is not a "fairly easy swap." you cant just toss it in there, weld up some motor mounts and ride away in the sunset. ive been there and done it. its a huge pain in the ass that requires a lot of time and money. the motor has to be set square and at the right height so you dont have chain issues. the exhaust will have to be custom fabricated. theres a good chance the oil pan will stick down too far and will have to be modded. depending on whether efi or carbs are used, an intake and ignition setup will have to be installed. like i said, its not a cut and paste job.
  25. they are just aluminum. bend them sum bitches.. tweak them until they fit. do you already have them mounted at the foot peg mount? might try mounting the front first and then the foot peg mount.
