  1. Where the fuck are you buying your parts?! No one buys jet kits. They buy two sets of jets for about $20. No need for a kit. $500-$600 for carbs?! Where at? I just bought a set of 39 PWK from Jeff for $355. Throttle cable was $30. There's $385 for the setup. If you need intakes, $100 or so. $400 for a single carb setup?! That's insane. They're junk! Your inflated prices are pretty funny though. Hey! Don't be bringing any fucking logic into this thread..

  5. I'd go 4mm before I'd worry about a bigger carb. The gains you'll see from the stock stroke with bigger carbs is minimal. 4mm all the way.
  6. Estimated cost? Since you're saying part of the reason is better fuel economy I want to know what the setup will cost and how long it'll be before you see a savings in money.
  7. Dumbshit is building an EFI bike. He says that by May it will be up and blazing through the trails. I am predicting that it won't run for shit and he will end up putting the carb back on it. I will need some proof in the form of videos and such. I predict there will be no videos because it won't run for shit.

  18. Just an FYI, the clutch arm doesn't always line up with the mark on the cases. Whoever says otherwise is dead wrong. Don't even pay attention to the mark on the cases. Adjust the clutch according to the lever and pancake.
  19. One would assume so. If the pistons are fine, I would rule the fuel out. I'm wondering what the lube is for on the install? I've never lubed anything before when putting a motor together. As far as improper install, how the fuck do you improperly install a crank?
  20. All I know is that I'm running a 7 plate clutch set up with a bunch of weight on the Direct Drive lockup on my 140hp 18DM and I don't have any issues. There is no reason under the sun that a Serval motor or anything with less than 100HP would need an 8 plate setup.
