  1. I'm on it..
  2. Yes they are. Current inventory is listed in the original post.
  3. If the motor is old it may be a good idea to replace a lot of the moving parts in there.. These are the parts I would replace. 1. Idler gear rear washer 2. Idler gear bushing 3. Idler gear front lock washer 4. Idler gear clip 5. Shift shaft tension spring 6. Shift shaft (modded) All these parts can be found at FAST Racing. Jeff keeps them all in stock and ready to ship out. 785-364-5325 or FASTOYS here on BansheeHQ.
  4. The jetting circuits are different. The PWK are better hands down. If they weren't you'd see more people running PJs and other carbs. The PWK series are the most popular carb for a reason. I'm not saying PJs are bad carbs. PWK are just better.
  5. That's the problem with them. Those vents affect the jetting.
  6. Tuning PJ and PWK is not the same. The PWK are far easier. They're a more up to date carb. If you don't have enough for PWK I'd save until you do. There is no easier carb to tune than the PWK.
  7. I'm getting teary eyed reading this sentimental stuff.
  8. That's how I do shit. Fucking weak ass dirtbikes.
  9. Airstrykers are junk. They're hard to tune. Go with regular PWK.
  10. You can sync them by eye. Plugs are both good? Good spark on both sides? You're not losing coolant are you?
  11. I'd start with a 162 main and 48 pilot. I think most guys are using the CEL or DGK needles. You'd have to double check that though. I'd probably start with the air screws 2 turns out.
  12. Start with 162 main and 48 pilot. That should be very close. Needle clip in the middle. Air screws 2 turns out.
  13. Try PJ Motorsports.
  14. Why do you want to run different needles? Stock ones are fine. I'd start with a 310 main and 27.5 pilot and work from there. Needle clip in the middle and air screw about 2 turns out.
  15. 145 is lean. Try a 160 and work from there. Pilot should be 45 or 48.
  16. You can probably just call Trinity and get whatever you need for their pipes.
  17. No need to do a plug chop. Have you done a wide open throttle plug check? That will tell you everything you need to know about your main jet. Just run the bike wide open in 4th or 5th gear and then shut the bike down. Roll to a stop and let it cool off for a minute. Pull the plugs and look at the strap. White = lean. Black = rich. Tan = just right. Adjust accordingly. Assuming you have aftermarket pipes, you should be at a 27.5 or 30 pilot.
  18. You measured the side that goes in the intake boots right? Regardless of whether they're 26 or 28mm I'd still swap them out for some Keihin 33mm PWK.
  19. What are your mods and jetting?
  20. Carrier bearings would be a good thing to check. Air filters also. Aside from that you're probably good to go. You might want to clean the carbs if it's been sitting with fuel in it.
  21. Not in Florida.
  22. I'm the number one poster there.
  23. Haha. Funny shit.
  24. Hahaha. Wow that's old.
