  1. Happy Birthday!
  2. I think they look cooooool, man
  3. hang in there, dude. you'll find a better job and girlfriend.
  4. Yep. seen that work many many times. Also, almost every chevy pickup from 88-01 can be opened with ANY key on the driver's side. Also, new GMs can be opened by the remote over a cell phone, lol. My dad locked his keys in his truck at work, called my mom, she held the spare remote up to the phone and pushed the button, while my dad held his phone up to the door, and it opened. Not many people know this, but Fords have a key code. I think they can look it up by the vin#. You can go to a ford dealer and have a new key cut. I used to do it all the time, when I worked for a car rental company.
  5. wow, you should be at least in the 300 range and maybe even a size up on the pilots, unless you're waayyy up in the mountains. Are you running stock air filter?
  6. The style pilot you need is M28/1001. It's banshee specific. You can order them from SUDCO.com Buy 27.5 and 30, 2 of each, just in case, because jetting is all trial and error. Every engine is different.
  7. Nightrider, I totally understand why you want to run cast, but if you're going to run cast, why not YAMAHA? If I don't go to a long rod, I'm using factory yamaha in mine. Sure, you won't gain anything from using a factory piston, but the reliability is there.
  8. I agree, but I got a Kodak DX7630 6.1 mp for Christmas that only uses a special rechargeable lithium ion battery. I was worried about being out and having the thing go dead on me, so I bought a spare battery (NOT CHEAP!), but the first battery is'nt even dead yet! I use it almost every day, have taken over 500 pics and a few short videos with it, and it's still going strong since December 26th on the first battery. One key to longer battery life, is to NOT use the LCD screen unless it's absolutely necessary. Most cameras let you turn it off, and then it just shows the picture after you snap it.
  9. Some people connect them with a piece of steel pipe. Do a search, there's quite a bit of info on it.
  10. They should have sent 2 bolts to replace the motor mount bolts. I bought AC nerfs as a package deal with my IMS pegs, and they would'nt fit...not even close. I sent them back, and they called and said there was nothing they could do, because the nerf fit perfectly in their jig and on their test banshee, so I asked for another set or my money back, and they tried to charge me $60 restock fee! I said F--k you, and had them send them back to me and I tossed them in the corner of my garage. Then I bought Graydon Proline, which bolted right up with no problems at all. I'll never buy AC again.
  11. Happy birthday
  12. Man, I'm glad I bought mine when I did. I really like them.
  13. I would definately try to re-adjust the airscrews. When I bought mine, I had the same problem, and found that the airscrews were WAY OFF!. one was 2 1/2 turns out and the other was 2 turns. They actually needed to be 1 3/4. I have to adjust mine all the time, depending on outside air temperature.
  14. Did you ride it all day, or just fill it and let it sit all night? They do use a LOT more fuel than a 4-stroke. On an average full day of riding, I go through at least 5 gallons. If it was full when you parked it, and was empty the next day, then either it all leaked out, or someone stole your gas! btw, welcome to bansheehq!
  15. wow, How'd I miss that?lol. That's strange, though, that their phone is off, too.
  16. I have those . Just do what I did, and call them on the phone.
  17. Maybe this would help... http://www.harborfreight.com/cpi/ctaf/Disp...temnumber=91851
  18. I believe a 4 year old could do that. When my son was 4, he figured out how to powerslide his little powerwheels silverado, lol. He was good at it, too. He could also back up a trailer perfect with his john deere peddle tractor. Kids pick up on things so fast, it's scary.
  19. That's NOT a bad deal. It does'nt matter if it's an 02,03,04, or 91. IT's a BRAND NEW banshee. They're all the same from 02 on, except for the color, anyway.
  20. Now, this is just a thought, so hear me out. The gas cap has a vent in it. make sure it's not PLUGGED. That's happened to me more than once on other bikes.
  21. quads are fun, but BANSHEES are a whole different level of fun!
  22. have you tried adjusting the air/fuel mixture screws? You want it to start easy, and also pull away smooth and clean from a dead stop. Turning them in(clockwise) richens the mixture. I would turn them all the way in until seated, then back them out 1 1/2 turns. Then try it and adjust from there. If you have to have them less than 1 full turn out from seated, for it to run right, then you could possibly benefit from a bigger pilot.
