well, the mains should stay about the same, if all you did was rebuild it. 340 would be a good starting point if that;s what you had in it before. same goes for the needle clips. The airscrews, I would probably set at 1 1/2 turns out from seated, and adjsut from there. The TORS Idle screws (assuming the slides are in sync) you'll want to remove the filters, and turn both screws counter-clockwise and watch till the slides stop at the bottom, then push the throttle about halfway and let back off a few times while watching the slides and adjusting, so that both slides stop at the same time, then give them a couple turns clockwise equally and check again to make sure they stop at the same time. once you get it running, you can adjust the idle and airscrews accordingly.
