Anybody have a chopped up harness from a YFZ450 they can pull the brakelight circuit from. I'm mostly interested in the harness side connectors, but the complete wire and connector setup would be even better. Lmk, thanks!

I have a Vito's 4mil 110 rod stroker crank with the cylinder spacer I can get rid of. Get the gaskets and superstock pistons from Vito's, its really not a bad setup. $250 for the crank and spacer, you cover shipping and paypal fees.

Just got done fixing a bike with a bad coil and cdi that had the Trinity 2 into 1. Gotta say I wasn't impressed. Don't know about the tuning, that wasn't what I was dealing with, but on a stock 350 w/ +4 timing and FMF pipes, it had nothing until it was on the pipe.

Just got the frame back from the powdercoaters!

I forget the exact name of the color... starts with an A. But yeah, its like gunmetal, just a little lighter and with more of a pearl than a metal flake. Looks pretty cool, and its really hard to capture in a picture -

Ok, got one! Thanks!

Anybody got a rear master cylinder assy. they can part with? I'm setting up 2 different swingers for summer and winter, and want another brake setup so I can just leave them attached to the swingarms when I change over.

Here's a before and after of the frame. Can't wait to get it put back together! The footboards and A-Arms are the same color as the frame. The steering stem, front fender supports, and foot pegs are a medium gloss black. The swinger is a +4 in show chrome. Have white plastics that I'm thinking are going to be chopped. I'll post an after pic when she's all together!

Just an update... Mull is exchanging the water pump, Brandon is a very good person to deal with! And the frame is finished and ready to be picked up from the powdercoater.... good deal!

Hi guys, I need a rough chain length +4 swingarm, with 13/39 sprockets. Thanks, Ben

Lol, we're scoping a 400EX right now because of excess engine noise, and the screen is full of metal... still runs like a champ though

Just a ventalation b4 I go on a fucking rampage and people die... I'm in the middle of a reduex of my Banshee, and damn near done... I sent the frame out to be blasted, get it back on Saturday, notice a crack in the frame in front of where the grab bar bolts on. No biggie, I weld it. Flip the frame over, tons of spots the blaster missed (better believe he's getting a call!) Go to Menards buy sand, load the blaster... it won't drop, all clumped up 'cause it's wet... I say enough, gotta go, load everything on the truck, and I hear thunder... fuck! Everthing back off the truck and into the shop... it pours. But that's ok, talked to the powdercoat dude, and its getting taken care of... some sort of hot blast and acid dip... cool! Then I get my trans back today after being sent out to be modded and there's a big 'ol cobber in the shift drum... dbl. fuck! Looks like I'm grinding and polishing now... ... And then... and then I open the package with my brand new Mull water pump, and one of the fins is bent! Triple FUCK! Still needing to deal with that one... Ok I'm done... carry on.

I'll have to let you guys know. This is one of those work trade deals. I'm going to make some custom banshee light mounts for a 400EX that was setup for racing with plastics that eliminated the stock headlight, and then wire up the lights and an ignition switch. Problem is this guy is supposed to powdercoat my frame and some other odds and ends, and he hasn't gotten back to me in the last couple of days... fuckin wanker!

Solid green and red are from the primary. White with red stripe and white with green stripe are the trigger. These should be in a multi-pole connector going to the cdi. Yellow is stator a/c for lights etc. Black is the ground.

Anybody got the metal brackets that for the headlight mounts that they cut off and aren't mangled? LMK, thanks.

new Wiseco 4 mil pistons?
Atomic Monkey replied to south street speed shop's topic in Banshee Repairs and Mods
What a jackass... the photos are for reference. And those SS pistons work just fine with the LR 4mil, all you have to do is stack some washers under the head and lay a good bead of silicone... try it -
Is that about the welding, or the whole gasket matching idea in general?
-
Thanks for bringing up how thin it gets! I checked it out and if I were to bring it out to the line on the stator side, it would probably pop through. There is plenty of material everywhere else, so maybe I can get some weld in there just to beef it up.
-
I'll have to double check the thickness around the transfer area in the case to see if I can remove all that material.
-
I would use the gasket to mark the cylinders, but it moves around too much. I know its going to be more of a pain to mark them on the case, but they don't move when seated on the dowels. Seemed the best way to get it all to match up.
-
Stock ported cylinders. Pics of the cylinders are in a thread I made about porting them. The jugs are almost the size of the scribed lines on the case already. There won't be much material removed from them except for some shaping in the front of the primary transfer. Figured the way to do it would be to grind the case, mount the jugs and scribe them from inside the case, then grind the jugs.
-
I just marked out my case to gasket match to the cylinders. Do you think there's enough material left to make a good seal if I open it up to the line? Looks questionable to me.

new Wiseco 4 mil pistons?
Atomic Monkey replied to south street speed shop's topic in Banshee Repairs and Mods
I went through and read this whole thread last night, and there was a little debate about rights to the design of these pistons etc. This morning I took a closer look at the boxes, and under some magic marker it says "Driveline Perf. Racing Yamaha". -
I have no experience with boost bottles, but I've read enough to tell you the general concensus is they're a great way to crack and rip intake boots with no real gains in performance.
