  2. Oh, I see. #22, 23 and 24 on this page http://216.37.204.202/yamaha_oem/YamahaATV...e=13&A=178&B=30 New 13.59 for the puller each .61 for bolt each and 1.03 for each nut
  3. You should be fine with 93 pump gas!!!
  4. I'm not sure I know what you are asking for? James Lucky use to sell a spring universal mount chain tensioner. You might check with them.
  5. The dates restarted when Lee converted to a new forum software. Most of us log on everyday so we ended up signing backup on the same day. The numbers have carried over for the last couple upgrades. Glad to see you are back.
  6. Survey says.... DING... what he said.
  7. That is funny as hell ... !!
  8. I heard of using two base gaskets to raise the exhaust ports but this is the first time I've heard of no base gasket... learn something everyday I guess
  9. People will call it a kawasaki banshee... lol
  10. Run race gas only if you bump the compression up. You will gain a lot of usable pwr with compression. I think that's what was trying to be said. As far as gearing, you will have more pwr to pull that 14 with the 22" tires. I think you'll like it. It's like a 15 with 20" tires. It just pulls and pulls. Id start with the 14 and if you think you need to go down do it after you try it.
  11. If you let it start now, it will never end.
  12. Ray, I don't believe you would wrong anyone.
  13. Another way I've heard of and have not tried is to start the way stated above. Instead of not using the clutch, don't let go of the gas and do use the clutch. You'll have to be good with the clutch though... lol.
  14. I've fixed two chokes. One I bent the clip to where it would hold the choke out better. Worked okay. The second time I took a dremel tool and made the groove (that the clip sits in) more defined on the choke handle. That worked much better.
  15. If everything else seems fine it may just be the condensation "washing" the crude out. Think about how much moisture comes from your cars exhaust.
  16. The idea is to look at the very bottom of the porcelin inside the plug. Here's BenBB's page for jetting and plug chops. http://www.dfn.com/benkaren/jetfaq.html If you scroll down to #33 he has pics.
  17. I use to follow the book.... 1.6 quarts. It doesn't seem to be enough. I run an even two quarts and it seems fine.
  18. 14/41 is stock on the over 1990 banshees. I'm sure it's just in the porting, lightened flywheel and some other factors, but mostly porting. Jetting and gearing may gain you a lot too.
  19. Pad 2 32* 57.24 N / 115* 09.68 W Wash 10 32* 58.798 N / 115* 02.763 W
  20. I'll be next door to him too!!!!!!!!!
  21. bought mine from an auto in 03. Had some people say I would have trouble with it blah blah blah. It's fine.
  22. Blue, I kind of like the hair on her chest.
  23. You can get a lot of power from proper jetting.
