  1. http://www.bansheehq.com/forums/index.php?/topic/133410-Banshee-Digital-Toolkit This should help you, it sure helped me.
  2. Fucking just what I needed, thank you!
  3. K&n pods, I'm not sure about the reeds, how can I identify what type I have?
  4. My banshee is running stock jets 250/25 FMF gold series and Fmf silencers, I was informed it also has mild porting. I don't know enough about jetting to figure this out on my own so a little help would be appreciated. With the Jets it has now it would run very lean and get way too hot right? I ran it up and down the hill for a minute and it rode with a lot of power and felt solid but I realized that probably wasn't the best idea without knowing what I should be running and by the time I pulled it back into the garage the rubber in the exaust clamps had started melting and smoking. I've parked it and it's on the lift now. I'm assuming it needs more fuel so a larger jet is needed but correct me if I'm wrong. How do I determine what jetting I should have?
  5. I've got a DG bumper it just wasn't on in the pictures. Later on I want to pick up something a little more badass looking, any suggestions on a bar? I also can't decide on trimming the front plastics, I ride dirt/mud/gravel and grass fields. Some people say it doesn't make much more of a splash but I find that hard to believe.
  6. I'll post a updated pics and a video of idle and me ripping some fields soon
  7. I finally sat down and got my baby running mint thanks to everyone here at bhq. I didn't know squat about these engines/carbs/mods and I was able to identify, diagnose and repair everything to get my bike running great just from reading posts here. It's nothing special but it's mine: Mikuni carbs jetted 250/25 FMF SST pipes, FMF PowerCore2 silencers Ported I'm sure I'm missing a bunch of stuff Whats next: Powder coat front and back bars along with rims and such. Going for all black with yellow accents Needs a new swing arm. New rear brake system. Any suggestions for what to do next and cosmetics and such are gladly welcome and I'll be updating this thread as I progress!
  8. Followed for sure! Bike looks awesome, shops even better.
  9. I'm in Salem, Matt at DTR is the only option that I've come across and he always seems to be busy.
  10. I'm only at around 300 ft. Here in the Oregon Willamette valley. I wish I was around when the work was being done on the bike so I could actually know what's up with it. I plan on tomorrow breaking down the carbs just to do a bit of recon and then I can give you some proper numbers. I'll most likely start my own thread when I get to it.
  11. Thanks you both for the info! I'm going to pull the carbs and check the jetting size. I'm most likely mistaken but I won't run anything until I know what I'm actually dealing with.
  12. It wouldn't be any colder than 25 or so at the most. I'm running twin Fmf and I believe my jetting is in the proper range (260-290?) And the needle is on the 3rd clip, I'll have to pop a carb open and verify the main jets. It's been ported and I'm running double k&n intakes (no TORS)
