  1. Have you tried snipping off a 1/4 inch of wire at boot. Idk just hope you figure it out soon.(MAY 31) Wish I could be more help,
  2. Stocker is READY!
  3. I,m planning on being there with my stocker
  4. No, if you run 110 rod. If you go with a 115mm rod, you need wiseco 795's
  5. Not if you stay with +4 or less, Don't use the logic that if +4 is good, then +8 must be better.
  6. Nothing wrong with modding your stock plate. The aftermarket plate($45.00) makes it easy, easy to set timing. The degrees are marked on plate +10 to -10. Just set desired timing to where engine cases come together, tighten bolts with a little loctite, done
  7. x2 on timing plate set at +4 degrees
  8. Leaking crank seals would cause leaner conditions, your describing very rich condition. Air screw all the way in is rich, backing screw out will lean mixture. Do small adjustments
  9. I would clean carbs thoroughly if you have not done this. If your fouling plugs, its to rich. Your bog could be needle position or needle jet too large or even your rich condition. Your plugs should be a tan/brown color. 160 psi might not work on pump gas. Check your squish band also. If your in the mid to low .040, i wouldn't run pump gas
  10. Anything less than 1/2 turn out would suggest a larger pilot.
  11. Really? So they need to be checked before install I'm thinking stock is .020
  12. Surf, I'm slow at fixing, but fast at tearing up. I like hook-ups
  13. Nope, but planning on being ready by May 31
  14. sounds good. Yeah, that white renegade is AWD with about 10,000 cc's lol
  15. Ahh, how much is it to have replated? sorry newoldschool So, if you have a 421 cub, it will always be a 68mm bore?
  16. HEY CHRIS, wer you at man? Are you gonna be at busco to help me with them Virginia potlickers? lmao
  17. If the actuator is past mark towards stator side and the clutch works properly, your good
  18. Did you also unplug the tors box beneath gas tank? must do
  19. just take your cylinder and have it measured to see if it needs a bore, If so. go up to next size. Should be around $80.00 for bore and $200.00 for new top end kit. Idk about comp on a cub, but a stock banshee would be around 125lbs psi
  20. If I remember right, after clutch plates put the tophat looking part in,then washer, bearing, washer, pressure plate, then adjuster rod and nut
  21. I got some 34TM's I using with twist throttle. I found that these carbs need just a little more cable than my stock carbs. Try adjusting your cable, then sync again
  22. Are you going from a 64 mm bore(stock) to a 64.75? You really want to go as small as possible and save cylinders for future bores. Maybe your cylinders need this much to clean up. IDK. Wiseco has 64.0mm, 64.25mm, 64.50mm,64.75mm, 65.00mm and so on
  23. T-bone, your more than welcome to meet up with some of us at Busco Beach(Goldsboro NC) its gonna be about 5 hours for you. May 31 thru as long as you want to stay. The only thing you'll regret is having to leave. 2000 acres of trails, nice drag strip(lights at night), MX tracks, camping
  24. Windyjohn, my math says a 64.50(20 over) with a 58mm stroke is a 379 I know the r is going to be hard to beat, but like Radarracing said, his stock swinger has got to make launching a handful Would it be worth cost and effort to get some 19cc domes and race fuel? This is not a grudge match by any means, but I want to beat him one time. When he wins, he don't talk shit or anything, just comes back around and says the banshee is running strong. I'm like I don't want to hear that! Now on the other hand, IF i win I'm gonna talk shit for days.lol
  25. Yeah, the chart is interesting. Beast, would you leave in 2nd with a 1 thru 5 overide
