  1. I think the pilots are different, can't remember
  2. where's the air screw at from lightly seated all the way in
  3. We got a site sponsor PJ Motorsports. He prolly has the kits. I just buy 4 or 5 sizes in my range. The whole kit would be nice though
  4. Beautiful shee, that really blows. Hope you find it.
  5. maybe a pancake bearing and some Heavy duty springs. I'm gonna say 22cc domes with the 4mil on pump gas
  6. We are not married,so for free stickers i'll hook you up with a number
  7. I'm thinking thumb throttle and twist are two different cables. Almost positive
  8. Detonation is whats going on with piston and dome which transfers to rod and crank. Compression, squish and octane all play a part in this
  9. I've never had a parking brake on any quad that was worth a damn. Really the beat and easiest fix is put bike in gear, take all that crap off and junk it. You can take caliper apart, clean all parts up and adjust bolt and cable
  10. Windy, does vito's make a super stock piston for the long rod or are you using short rod?
  11. need more info stock crank gas timing comp carbs ?????
  12. If I had to choose now, I would get the HJR port on stock crank with a 45 dollar timing plate set at +4 degree and ask about porting cylinders for a 4mil crank later on. You can run the 4mil without porting, Just ask hjr and see what they say. You will not be disappointed with the stock crank port and timing considering your budget and urgency
  13. clean pilots, check floats, needle valve. Make sure everything is tight at intakes. splash guards wont matter
  14. A HJR drag port on a stock crank will prolly be faster than a +4 mil crank on unported cylinders. When you go with a stroker crank, you should have cylinders port timing changed to work with extra stroke
  15. If you swap carbs, you still need to unplug the black box below gas tank on left side
  16. Like Builder said porting will give you the best gains for your buck. Adjustable timing plate will also give you a noticeable gain. A coolhead will allow you to use different domes. When increasing compression with domes you need to see what your compression is and check squish band. How much comp and squish will determine what octane fuel you will need to run. I'm not sure what break the bank is either, but when you start modding, its going to cost your ass. If you want to mod engine AND look good, its going to cost your ass twice as much. Have fun with it.
  17. This guy proved to be a good seller with good communication and fast shipping. Thanks man
  18. Your stock carbs will feed that motor just fine, I would go for boyensen or v force reeds
  19. You don't want gas coming out of overflow, this means your floats are stuck or travel of floats need adjustment or needle valve is not shutting fuel off when carb bowls are full. Does it idle high in neutral? Does gas continue to run out with engine off and fuel on?
  20. A rock in his reed? Hmmm must be a jazz player
