  1. how bout that, somebody with a real answer^^^
  2. What' happenin Jason LoL
  3. Can't go wrong either way.
  4. If this bike has been sitting outside in the elements, you could have some corrosion on your electrical parts. Pull your stator cover off. Your pick-up coil is located at about 5:00 clock on your flywheel. You gonna need a flywheel puller to get flywheel off so you can clean inside. Check all wires. Clean nubs on outside off flywheel, these are what deliver spark to the pick-up coil. When you put everything back, set gap at .018 Also check ground as mentioned. At your ignition coil, check for fire at the two wires that plug in the coil(not spark plug wires) These are some things you can check before throwing money at it. let us know
  5. Same here!
  6. well, if your going with a 115mm rod on your +4mil crank you should get the 795 series wiseco piston or equivalent. 110mm rod should be the 513's i believe. Without spacer plate the domes need to be cut for the extra 2mm of TDC. Your gonna like it!!
  7. I had a good time with you guys. Enjoyed meeting everyone. Busco skin-up some banshee riders azz, but it was all good. My bike ran great. I was runnin a surfrjag port. Thanks again Justin
  8. Your a lucky dude to have access like that. Let her rip!
  9. Yeah, we going to Dustco beach this weekend Chris, you got ac on your shee? that's badazz. lmao
  10. take flywheel cover off, loosen three bolts holding plate, turn plate so that your choice of timing(0 being stock) is located where the two case halves meet
  11. x2 check both plugs for spark
  12. banshee's and raptors, raptors, raptors. y'all ever heard of a motorcycle company called Honda? lol I know I know Honda's are slow I'm ready to beat you guys, I mean meet you guys.
  13. Thanks, now can a dome cut for a 4mil long rod with 795 piston be use with a 4mil short rod with 513 piston
  14. bout time for roll call. Who's in? Doobie420 you got a raptor 700?
  15. Can someone tell me if wiseco 795 series and 513 series have same degree of angle?
  16. The air screw will fall out at 5 turns out. No way you can be there or should be there. Too lean
  17. Yes, you got a free pass with good info. Drink it up! Welcome
  18. It cost too much to send it to canada, send it to NC. J/K power_man. So i'm third in line for clutch cover
  19. the porting will be what ever the sleeve is, not what the cylinder has now. IDK good luck with the build
  20. You got the choke tube connected to both carbs with no cracks or splits in hose?
  21. prolly says 513mo65(stock wiseco piston), but it can still be a +4 mill crank with short rod making a 385cc
  22. early shee's had a stock 13t front sprocket, later they went to a 14T stock. Do like said and put a 15t on, your gonna see a signifigcant difference, maybe even some 22"tires. set floats to spec to make sure you got enough fuel supply to run out 6th gear.
  23. Your gonna have to determine what you guys have. Measure the bore. Its going to take a 68mm bore to get close to 400cc with stock crank. Then measure from top of cylinder to bottom of transfer. Should be 54mm for stock crank. I wouldn't put this together until you sort some things out
  24. Your not going to use adjustment screws on top of carbs for setting idle like you did with the tors. You could have slides picked up like troystang is saying. With engine not running, twist throttle and release or push thumb throttle and release quickly. You should hear the slides clank when they hit bottom of carb. If they don't turn adjustment screws on top until they do. Then you sync carbs with same screws. set idle with new screws installed on side of carbs
