Dude, you killin me with that avatar. That's one fucked up pic
You would be surprised at the guys out there that don't know what they got. It is a nice looking banshee. Good luck with your decision
x2 look in your carbs and see if the idle screw moves the slide when you adjust it. If the slides don't move when the screw is turned in all the way you need to take some more off the carb body(outside)
Yep, another one of these threads. I'm seeking advice in gearing or anything that helps WIN.
My buddies 250 has:
370 kit built by FTZ
alky
overide
stock swinger
Tires?
rider 165lb
My banshee ( getting it back together soon)
379cc built in my basement
pump gas
1 thru 5 overide
Prowedge II 22x11x8 or ohtsu 501 20x10x9 studded
+6 swinger
CPI exhaust
drag port stock cylinders
34 mikuni's
rider 150lb
we will be running on hard pack. (300' or 500') what gearing should I run with each tire choice? Now who would you put your money on. I have never, never beat this guy, but we haven't run since I went +4mil.
I would use extreme caution draining the carbs by letting the engine run the gas out. They can do what's called a "run away" very scary when your kill switch don't work, so you yank plug wires off and she still running wot and I mean WOT!
can anyone tell me how much the float arm should travel above gasket seat on the Mikuni 34mm TM's
I found that the 34vm is 22/24 mm. I don't know if they are the same. Thanks
great seller. I bought some cases from this guy and I'm very happy with them. Very, very good communication, great price, fast shipping. Buy with confidence
I ride 4-pokes with a lot of guys. The only banshee's I ever see are at busco. When we go to Hatfield/Mcoy I don't even take the banshee, but I wont go to Busco without it. Right now mine is down, so everybody at my house knows we wont be going to Busco until she is up and running.
I would expand my search be it a rolling chassis or running bike. I've only heard about this from a guy that drives a truck. He told me i could prolly get a quad delivered from New Mexico to North Carolina for 200/250 dollars. He said go to truck site(where IDK) put delivery up for bid. He said there are lots of drivers that would snatch this item up to help make out their loads. Something to think about.
Jeezus man, i'm half a mile from Fairview Church. I been complaining for two years about not knowing anybody with a banshee. We prolly passed by each other a number of times
well, it ain't lookin good for the tarheel boys, my banshee is broke. I'll have to line up my girls 250ex.
252, if you don't bring yours, it's gonna be up to Chris to take care of them Virginia potlickers. lmao
