  1. Is your coolant freezing in the water pump???? that is pretty cold for the wrong ratio if it had too much water in it
  2. Its a longshot but I remember doing that in High School .....go to the HS and approach the Engineering/CAD class teacher and ask him if he wants a project for the kids.......give them the specs and i am sure they could have something for you in a few months......who knows doesn't hurt to ask
  3. The boost bottles are known to stretch and crack the intake boots.....so the stocker is better for the longrun.....no advantage to BB Porting is a good bang for the buck but its roughly $300-450 depending on port and where its done....... You can get an advanced timing plate for behind your stator and go +4 advanced timing......timing plate avg used piece 35-40 bucks... You can also do something real cheap and that is gearing......for top end or low end.....whatever your style....15-20 bucks for sprockets those carbs are going to be ok for adding power but its nice to know what u have so find out for sure.... You can get a cool head with interchangeable domes......the smaller the cc domes the higher your compression will be.....avg 100-125 bones WIseco pistons also great for handling more power.....if you have your crank out....send it to get trued and welded like 40-50 bucks plus shipping fees X2 on the suspension........makes every difference in the world and you enjoy the ride and riding a lot more. avg cost = sky is limit
  4. looks right up ur alley moneybags mcgee
  5. Pledge with future shine....floor cleaner.......apply liberally let dry....may take a few coats but looks like new
  6. what is the jetting? pilots and what not.....you need to re jet after pods
  7. Did not think of trying those...but i am sure it could work somehow......those are real easy and nice.....especially on a ski
  8. lookin for a plus four line for the rear and a stator plate.....
  9. Matt is a stand up guy who tells it like it is......and customer service is #1........He has done 2 sets of shocks for me now and the ride has never been better...... And when i mean customer service is #1......it is If anyone has any questions feel free to hit me up for a reference for Matt
  10. yes so get your tires first....you can always adjust your gears later.....so order them up and hang on!
  11. no skids available for plus two arm.....they are very strong as is.......i have fullflights as well they take a beating and so does the finish.......i ride a ton of rocky trails never had an issue...you will be impressed it a total diff ride.....
  12. razrs are good for what kind of riding you do i do the same type and have been very happy with the razrs.................as far as gearing....the shee has plenty of power and you should notice a slight increase in top end with a taller tire combo.....you can always go up in your rear sprocket for more torque........and down in the front.......I do not think u need to change your sprocket! just get a set of 20's first those turf tamers are doing no good on a shee........going to be a different bike with traction so i would just get the tires and see how u like it before u change anything
  13. the "thing" the sporocket it on is called the sprocket hub......it is easy to take off.......take wheel off...then wheel hub on end of axle....take off two axle nuts and that will slide off......you can also take sprocket off of it with the six nuts that go around it and you will just have the hub the swing arm bearings just slide in where they are.....take the chain off,,,,,,,,,loosen the big bolts that goes through the frame and swingarm.....may need negotiation to come out....be sure not to bust up threaded end of bolt..............then swing arm should slide out......take off dust caps on each side.......there is a spacer inside the swingarm that the bolt rides in.....you need to get that out and the bearings are on each side behind the dust caps..you will see them...you can find a long screwdriver or punch and bang those out.......put spacer back in...throw in new bearings.....grease them up.......and back in it goes
  14. should do a trivia post every month or some shit with something random as a giveaway
  15. REmoval: - Drain coolant and detach tube going into head - Unbolt head 10 bolts - Remove old gasket - Remove 4 bolts holding each cylinder on. - Slide each cylinder off - Remove pistons - Drink a beer Replace with new parts and gaskets DRink another Beer PS - this is assuming you have carbs and intake system off.......
  16. What was the etc...........I could come to some conclusions.....did not know he swung that way
  17. Well first off make sure all your connections are good.....you need to also check the gap on your pickup and flywheel.....could be why it sparks only so often........that is behind the stator cover.
  18. yeah Full FLights offer a lifetime warranty on the arms...the joints I dk...but they are fine I have dem
  19. and I have pods fo sale
  20. they are a stiff shock on stock arms yes....but they fit very well on plus two arms....... They have adjustments for High and Low speed compression as well as rebound unlike the stock bang shee shocks
  21. when i ran 300 mains at 500 above sea level....65.5mm stock head...pt mids it burned through fuel...welcome to the world of twin carbs....
