  1. hey guys, i just got done rebuilding engine an wanted to get a baseline idea for jetting.. stock stoke, mild dune port, stock head, boysen power reeds, stock carbs, no tors, stock airbox with K&N, lid on, toomy T5, im at approx 800 above sea level, but will be going to glamis this weekend. jets currently are 300 mains an 25 pilot, needle second clip from bottom, an air screw is 1 turn out. i can start bike easily, but have to have choke pulled to first position to get it to not bog or die when i give it gas. any help will be appreciated thanks in advance Jose
  2. ok guys thanks!! made a deal
  3. hey guys im looking for a stock airbox for ma shee!! preferably in good to decent condition, dont care bout lid, but ill take it as well.. if it comes with Uni air filter, even better pm me here or text @ 951-385-9887 Thanks guys Jose
  4. got ma clutch set up Mike!! parts look great, fast shipping an excellent communication!!! thanks again
  5. ok cool! ill def be getting em when i go to put bike back together! thanks a bunch to all
  6. No coolant leaks here maybe I just been supper lucky... url I wanna get em for sure tho. I always had the coolant come out the overflow tube! Jetting is usually fairly good, I replace coolant every season cause its not that expensive, I gotta check ma impeller while I have it apart this weekend, an ma rad fins are ok condition. Ok so it want just me then running with out them. There is a small cavity in the top half of case.... wouldn't that allow for a small amount of more coolant to fit into cooling system if base basket were to have opening in it? Or would that maybe cause an issue with coolant flow?
  7. ive had the bike for about 5 years... done the top end 2 times, an ive never had a coolant leak! never even realized they were supposed to be there. i always put it back together the way it was before. guess i gotta go buy some just to be on the safe side... thanks abunch Dirty
  8. Hey guys i was reading a few topics an noticed some guys referring to the plastic plugs located at bottom of cylinders. my cylinders dont have em! my concern is if I need then for cooling efficiency or not. Ive had a few overheating issues an wonder if this is why. thanks in advance
