  4. whats your elevations......yourjets should be in the ball park of 280-290 with FMF pipes.....and nothing else
  5. yes sky is the limit on these but start with bumping the timing.....and a cool head....to bump up the compression...porting will be the most costly.....for right now.....have fun man

NIIIICE PISTON!!!! that def be your problem....wall prolly needed the extra punch.....should fire right up when its back together.....just make sure your jetting is right according to your mods...... Note to self....bring guage with you when you buy.....or have them do it while on site.....after it is running for a few!!
  7. as long as everything is properly jetted and its just a piped bike......it will last just as long......once u play with more power/different fuels and what not it will cause failure quicker A stocker is engineered that way for a reason.....a heavy oil ratio...stock hp/compression ...etc.... altering from the norm will result in varied results.... ITs all about how you ride the bike as well....cruising...not screaming wherever you go like its designed for the recreational rider.....there are 20,000 members all with bang shees.....all different set ups...your going to hear about someone rebuilding everyday more power/different domes and compresion is putting more strain on stock parts....racing all the time will cause you to run through top ends a lil faster due to rpm you are running to beat the next guy..... its all in how the machine is trteated when ridden to answer your question....
  8. yup dark at first is rust....its just water....you have bolt missing somewhere or a crack filling your frame or the frame itself has a hole by design........just water guy............avoid deep water anyway...boggin your shit out in water is never good!
  9. carbs support fuel and fuel flow......not hp.........but i think you will be fine with 35's on a 421

  15. the one silencer has dents in the side of the can.....you can see in the pic.....that was also prior to me.....does not effect anything but looks

Got a set of LRD's have maybe two small dings hardly noticable.......pics available on request.......about 5 hours on repacked silencers I got a diff set of pipes so these gotta go......these pipes pull HARD up top.....Stamping is H111 $175 Shipped no fees no bullshit to your door..... Pictures describe pipes......Left headpipe had something melt onto the pipe prior to me getting them from a member here...it does flake off and can come off with some elbow grease....other than that......typical bluing....
