    If you can anodize it for free do that, then power coat it the same color so it would look awesome , but if you get a scratch you would not see it.

    my buddy gave me his stock aluminum heel guards from a outlaw 525. Im gonna weld them to my nerfs and bolt to the frame!

    I would rap the idle screw with teflon tape in case it leaks air.

    just take a screwdriver and pry the rubber seal out of the inside if the bearing, it will take 2 seconds!

    But are you aware that the oversize gas tanks breath. You cant paint them, it will peel off just like yours is. you have to get it molded in the color you want if you want color.
