  1. I have access to both so cost on the anodizing isn't a concern. I do alot of trail riding though, so I guess just want to know which would last longer. I thought maybe the PC would chip. I have thought of doing bed liner as well. I guess my concern more is how it will look. I don't want it to look cheap with bedliner on it.
  2. What's better for coating nerf bars? Should I PC them or Anodize them? They are aluminum.

  4. Use the shampoo/soap method, you put a drop on the lens inside with a lil water, rub all over lens. Wipe dry til no streaks. Wear an MX helmet with a balaclava. You will be warm as shit.
  5. I can take a 2006 Honda 450r that is cammed with mine. Mind you I can just take him. Side by side all the way up to 5th. I'm not good at starts either, he always gets the lead of a bike length, then I catch up. I don't know everything that is done to mine but what I know is done. Bored 40 over (wiseco's 65) Vforce reeds Pro Circuit Platinum pipes. Just took apart the head. I have Stock domes, no porting what so ever. Air Box is stock, has K&N air filter. The only other thing I have is a boost bottle, which I want to get rid of. My clutch springs are huge, but that's about it. (don't know the make) So porting is not necessary to beat a 06 and up 450r.
  6. Yeah, I didn't ride it once it happened. There is no way it can be ridden. I just didn't know if I should start with the clutch, or if I'm gonna have to pull the engine and rip it all down. I'm just happy the engine didn't blow.
  7. Took out the Banshee last night, and was riding a trail, came up to a stop and was slowing down. I had the clutch pulled in, and heard this big gear clunk, and the engine stalled to stop. We tried turning the motor over, and it did run, when clutch engaged. But now clutch will not work. It is stuck in a high gear, but the shifter seems to be working? With the shifter it feels like we are getting into neutral, but the tires will not move freely. Before I start ripping it apart, what you guys think? Should I be ripping the whole bottom end apart?
  8. Best way to remove the steering column bearing so I can powder coat the frame? There are two rubber washer looking things in the middle of the frame, on like pins. They cannot be unscrewed, are these replaceable or should I try to get them off without breaking them?
  9. Lmao, I have done this from a stop and ended up cart wheeing the banshee. seriously it flipped sideways over itself. Bent an a-arm and rim. Haven't dragged froma stop since haha.
  10. my sprockets are 15/41, should I change the front? What's the 15 doing that a 13 would change? Less top end? Would it give me more torque?
  11. I've had trouble doing wheelies with my bike since I got it. Specs. .60 over wisecos, vforce reeds, k&n filter, pro circuit platinum pipes. I can't do wheelies on pavement, I've done maybe 3. It seems difficult to find that sweet spot where it wants to raise up. I can do it from 1st obviously, but from a roll it won;t pop. She's got power, I'm as fast as a stage 2 cam 450r. Is it gearing? My buddy and his 450r can pop wheelies in 5th gear all day long. I can get his to do wheelies. I don't know the gearing on it I'll have to check and update this. Maybe that's it. It used to have 22's now has 20's on rear.
