I have 30 mm OKO carbs on my banshee, mods in sig.
I think my main is 168 now.
I had a hesitation before the power band, I put the lid on to rule out being lean, and it runs better now.
how many sizes up should I go to be safe with the air lid off?
A little input for you. To get fuel out of the carb, there has to be air flowing through it. If there is no air flowing through the carb, fuel is not going to majically get into the engine. The engine will consume all the fuel that was in the crank case and go on a lean revving rampage!!
Just dont short the cap. They go boom!!!
I think you need to run the output of the reg to the negative of a small battery (like 6 amp/hours) then run your lights from that.
Does anyone have a wiring diagram done for the DC conversion I could look at?
For this one I would just connect both yellow ones to the battery? Does it matter? and would the red one go to the negative terminal of the battery?
What is a good rectifer to use for my DC cpnversion?
I know thi sone will work, but its 50 bucks

Is there any other options?
