  2. fired up our new 421 cub from fast last night. Jeff set us all up with jetting,timing, started on second kick and runs sweet. need to break in then, head out to the dunes on friday. need to do a plug chop yet. will do that on sat. then rip up some sand!!!!! thanks Jeff for great service and parts and advice on our build!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  3. the pickup coil suks on the rm stator, we put the stock pickup coil on ours problem solved. are the slides in correctly? and in the rite carbs.
  4. the atv's run first, 10;00 am then we ride for a few hrs. the second round usualy starts at 2;00pm then you have the rest of the day out on the dunes. it's fun and challenging the hill changes by the min. 100ft drag race up hill.

  6. +4 swing arm and better tires, maxis razrs or ambush tires with every other row of tread cut out. they will bite very good,

  8. I can't beleive no one on here likes to do this hill climb. must be all flatlanders, afraid of a hill.
  9. they are different carbs. it doesn't hurt performance so leave it in there.
  10. the turbine core silencers will pass our mi noise limit, I ran them for years at silverlake sand dunes. stock silencers sound like $hit.
  11. older lsr. just take the nut off the other side and go to fastenal and match it up. there should be a astenalstore near you.
  12. call stellar they might know the size , and can get you them.
  13. get a clutch from FAST. his clutch works great. the barnett clutch wears good but doesn't grab they slip under high loads.
  14. does vito even make a 10mil crank? I've only seen stock and 4mil vito's cranks.
  15. look down this page 5 posts and there is a riteup on banshee electrical.
  16. take some pics of the shift shaft and shift star, sounds like the spring on the shift shaft is bad or missing or the encentric screw is loose, the twisted metal could be the plate that is under the clutch, seen them come loose.

  18. +4 will still trail ride good.
  19. procirciut pipes are one of the best for low to mid, you probably have a dune or drag port. try advancing the timing to +4deg and droping one tooth on the front sprocket.
  20. is the tors removed? check compression, new or old fuel. did you pull the jets out to clean or just spray them? is the choke tube in place? are the slides in correctly? welcome to bhq
  21. I run the dominator oil @50to1 with no failiers. 12yrs on one motor, with a rering in there at some point.
  22. would have been cheaper to get chain and sprockets from fast racing, great chain too. but that is a god set.
