you can hit it with the blaster, its stamped in the frame, paint or powder coat will fill in the stamps tho, i sandblasted my extra frame a couple weeks ago without a problem with the vin. when i sent it for powder i put a small peice of tape over the vin they may have put a couple more layers on im not sure but after powder or paint just remove the tape and your vin will be visable

ill tell ya right now what it is, its the plug that comes from your key switch that goes to the main harness. mine was doing the same thing, take off the gas tank and locate the plug ill bet its got a loose wire in it. set the tank on sideways fire it up and pull on the wires going into the plug from the key switch, it will cut out figure what wire is loose and cut it and hardwire it to the coresponding wire it would connect to in the plug, or wliminate the whole plug and wire them all direct, i had this happen on a couple of my shees and everyone swore up and down it was the tors or the ebrake cable. let us know if this was the problem

get her a hydrolic clutch setup, they pull like they arent even hooked up, very easy. i got 1 im gonna sell but i got another member thats interested in it if he dont buy it ill post it in the for sale section here

so you like buying clutches? ive used the second gear start in many harescrambles but never third, i dont know how good that would work, seems to me you would have to use alot of clutching to take off without flipping over if your holding it wide open to launch in third.

ill sell ya motor complete for 1500 so i can build a bigger one, basicly stock .040 over and a new crank at the begining of this year, new vitos pistons and cylinders about 2 months ago

i got all 4 factory silver rims off a 96 with good tires all around sitting in the rack rears are 20x10x9 dunlops off a yfz450 and fronts are 22x7x10 holeshots like new let me know if your interested with a pm im thinkin around 275 plus the ride but im open to offers

well im sorry to say but i agree with them, you should have checked it out before having it ported. i bought rims and tires from them for my ds 650 they came in quickly but one tire had a chunk of the sidewall missing that wasnt in the listing i called them and they refunded my shipping wich was 65 bucks. the tires still hold air fine but i wanted to see what they would do for me since they listed them as almost new perfect condition. sorry to have to disagree with a hq member but it is what it is

ricky stator is junk! i just bought a stator off egay for 125 new lasted about 3 hrs worth of riding over 2 weeks, luckily they have a 1 yr warrenty, but i wouldnt buy one again.

i got a 96 frame just sandblasted ready for powdercoat, 250 plus the ride

i never had any problems with my toomy set up hitting the pipes or causing cracks or air leaks due to no support but i did have a problem with all the dirt that was sucked into my carbs all the time, i put it on the shee i sold and took the airbox and pro design filter off it for the shee i kept i dont like the toomy, just my.02 tho

i love my fmf fattys they perform great and i never had a problem with em

i got a set of power core 2s but someone cut about 3 inches off the stingers where they meet the head pipe so they could center mount them, i dont use em if interested let me know

i got a stator cover but it has been cut so you can get to the sprocket without removing the cover, also got some stock head pipes layin around and an extra set of power core 2 silencers, and i got a clutch lever and perch but is the hydrolic aftermarket setup, i never used it but it looks to be all there it came in a bin of parts with one of my shees, send a pm if your interested in any of it
