  4. ya i thought is was a good deal, i got it from a buddy who sold his shee and his 450 so he could get into the 4x4 s. dont ask me why cause i dont have a clue he also has enough parts to build about 2 shees frames, bad motors,everything im pickin all that stuff up for 600 when my taxes get done, then onto some major cutom banshee building!
  5. i'd ditch them 22" tires and run the stock size not only do the big tires look stupid they ruin the low end power imo
  6. did u check the waterpump? thats what mine did for a summer or two till it let go . i would check that soon if it isnt anything you alredy checked by the way if its still nockin it aint broke yet when it stops nockin is when u got a problem lol
  7. ya bbc was right i checked out some exploded views on bike bandit and it looks just like the pin that holds the rear brake lever to the master cylinder the tool i bought the shee from must have been trying to fuck me over, lol to bad it didnt work for him. thanks for the help guys
  8. well guys, first off ill try to get a pic on here tommarow but,i have a part i cant figure out where it goes it came out of the clutch side cover of my shee it looks like a dowell with a fat head on one end and a small hole through it on the other end, kinda like a nail but not pointed on the end. ive looked through the manual and on several parts sites just to see some pics to figure out where it goes, and cant find anything that helps me. so im relying on you guys to help me out. after all the hq is the answer for all shee problems so far, thanks in advance for any help, i really want to put a whoopin on my buddys 450 he got today. im stumped on where this thing goes
  9. i ust picked up a whle bottom end for 200 with a bad crank but good tranny good clutch 200 watt stator and adjustible plate but ya i agree the building never stops with these bikes i just got a shee a couple months ago and allready blew it up and still buying parts for the next build

  12. wasup guys? my shee is undergoing a rebuild so for now im tryin to beat on this warrior i got, its got a 400cc streetbike motor in it well it runs great in neutral but when you try to ride it it kinda pops and sounds like its sucking air-boggy sound- its got somewhat open filters on it kind of like a k&n for bikes, i checked the intake boots they have some small dryrot cracks on the outside but the insides look fine, i cleaned the carbs and the jets still no help. any ideas what i should try now thanks
  13. i havent tried it on my shee but i have a warrior with a streetbike motor on it and it came with the fronts flipped it jast has real short valvstems on it, id look into short stems b4 drilling any hole in my rims
  14. ive had a couple the worst was probly my 6th gear wide open wheelie with no rear bar or rear brakes, had it at bout 11 oclock when the shee struck 12 it was all over it ground the silencers down till the plastic cought the road and tossed us sideways i bailed wearing shorts and t shirt, no helmet(stupid but lucky) road rash from legs to upper back owwwwwwwch. not to mention by shee went 94mph next to by bros truck. the human body skids a long way at 94 mph took about 6 months to heal, the second worst would be meeting a tree in 4th gear racing hairscrambles few broken ribs and broken hand, nothing like roadrash
  15. i agree, do a comp. test i just bought a shee about a month ago, guy said its got brand new motor just broken in all worked up. says he ran pump gas, of course there was only enough in it to run for about 30 seconds i bought it and she blew up the next day think it was not high enough octane. got it apart the right piston detonated, it was bored 80 over and had 19cc domes pump gas fuckin wrecked it 700$$ in new parts and im ALMOST ready to ride again. ive been told to mix 93 octane and 110 octane to a 50/50 mix and should be ok, im goin straight 100 octane all the time now

  17. the last banshee i had the water pump went and was making a knocking sound, u should check that also imo.

  19. hey guys, im gonna split my motor to install a new crank, ive never done this before so i was wondering is anything gonna fall out or should i invest in a manual? it looks like i can take the top case off and everything should just sit in the bottom case, am i right on this? any tips will be appreciated thanks
  20. hey bro, ive had 5 of them nissan trucks and they are unstopable, i loved em all and my buddys couldnt believe it when i blew by there full size chevys in the mud or up hills in the corn feilds. the best thing about them is you can bolt a datsun 280z motor right to the nissan tranny, mine was cammed with a nice header and couldnt be stopped, (till i rolled it) i'd buy it

    crankshaft

    hey guys, im lookin for a crank thats stock size, i ordered all new vitos top end and dune ported cyl. when i went to put it together i noticed the right rod had a lot of play and was probly the reason she blew up. anyhow im lookin for a NEW crank, dont want anything used, im gonna order a vitos crank off ebay on friday for 375 including shipping, but if anyone has one kickin around let me know! that goes for all u sponsers here, id rather help u guys out since you help all of us, but im only waitin till friday thanks
  22. hey crazyatvspazz, where do you live in ny? i live near auburn and my father is good friends with rich at dynoport and my buddys mom works there too. me and a couple buddys are always lookin for more people to ride with if your around our area we'll have to get together, and the dynoport pipe does sound awesome on my buddys bike, i was gonna get one just for the sound but ended up with a nice used set of fmf fattys for 100 bucks! hit me up if ya wanna tear up some shit
  23. i gotta say the itp mudlites hook up great, but im not sure if they come in a 10 inch rim size. i got 20/11/9 and love em cost bout 80 each but well worth it imo
  24. well i dont know my elevation, i tried a link on here to find out but it wouldnt work. im in central new york and it will be cold when i break in this new motor, but most riding will be during summer 80-90 degrees. i dont care what gas i run but what do i lose other than compression with the 22cc domes, ill probly have to run the 22s cause 1 of the 19s took a good beating when the motor blew. it'll be a few days or even a couple weeks now i went to put my new top end on today but my buddy says get a new crank the right side has a lot of play side to side in a tiny bit up and down,so now for a new crank ,but this thing will be all new soon and should fukin rip
  25. hey guys, ill be putting my new top end on tommarow and was wondering what jets to use can ya help my mods are-- hotrods crank .040 over dune/trail ported cyl.,vitos power pistons, cool head with new 22cc domes or should i use the 19s in it? also fmf fatttys k&n filter no lid on airbox, boost bottle and dyna fs cdi. any help would be awesome and what about the domes do they just change compression? and what octane gas should i run and what ratio with amsoil thanks alot hopefully this thing will rip what do ya think?
