If it's sagging quite a bit just as you sit on it, you could probably use a heavier spring. I believe stock is 5.4 kg/mm, so around 7-7.2 is about right for your weight on the stock swinger. Springs are $109 and are installed for free, and come in a pretty sweet metal flake dark charcoal color.

I'm not sure what shops you talked to, but please mention their names so we all know not to ever do business with them. Those shocks are made by a company called Jiaxing Chengchao Motocar & Autocycle Co.. They are just snazzy looking Chinese shocks. They are the nicer of the 12 billion that come out of China every year, but no where NEAR a "trade show" item. I have been in contact with Jiaxing in the past about ordering specific parts for some off the wall shocks that have come through the shop. (rod ends, preload adusters, etc).

Yeah, it'll be fine til your ned rebuild, because either way, it will blow up because of that, and you'll be rebuilding, or it will last as long as normal. Lol in all seriousness, I think you'll be fine. I'd do a leak down just to be sure though.

x2. You must do a DC conversion. Those are the Rigid Industries E-Series lights, which I actually just had the opportunity to open one up last week. EXTREMELY well built, and pretty cool that it comes with the mount. Top of the line LED light bars, IMO. The main picture is of the 10" bar. I actually have Rigid's Diablo hand held flashlight, and that thing is built to withstand anything... I've lost it off the roof of my RV doing about 65 on the freeway, and when my buddy stopped to pick it up, it still worked flawlessly... I wouldn't hesitate to buy anything from Rigid, or LSR, for that matter.

It's actually very easy to do that to a shock... When shocks go dry inside, and you run them in the cold, the piston will bind on the inside of the shock body, the same way a rod on an engine would bend if the piston seizes. If there's enough force on the rod end, that energy has to go somewhere... Very very that they bend THAT much, but it does happen! Good find, BTW...

Oh, well, just FYI, even stock shocks are charged with nitrogen.

Yes, it's 100% dry, so it won't allow rust to develop, also it doesn't react to temperatures. If you pressurize your shock with air at 50*F, then the shock heats up to 200*F, the 200 psi you out into your shocks will all of a sudden be at 250 or more just from the temperature increase.

Nitrogen only. Do not run regular air under any circumstance. You need to find out what brand shocks they are, though, as different brands require different pressures.

Well said. If and when Verizon's network improves, without a doubt in my mind I will give them a shot again. They're coverage in my area is just pretty poor right now, and AT&T fits the bill for me! I can always appreciate corporate competition. It makes the technology that much better. I've always been partial to GSM, because I change phones so frequently. It's easier to sync now with CDMA, but before, it was a pain in the ass to have to go down to the Verizon store, and have them copy all my contact, and other info to my new phone. With GSM it was just easier to pop out the SIM card, and throw it into whatever phone I decided to use that day. The Windows phones are pretty good phones, just don't get an HTC. I just gave one away on here because it was so awful. Constantly froze, and was slower than molasses. My old lady has an HTC droid phone on Sprint, and I think maybe once every two weeks, she'll actually be able to use the internet on it... AT&T does piss me off occasionally, though. The first thing I noticed about my iphone4 was that after browsing youtube for a while, it would drop the network completely, couldn't check emails, no app store, nothing would work. I had to restart the phone. AT&T basically told me that I'm doing something wrong, so I took it to the apple store, and they said that some of the phones have that problem. They get overloaded with data, and freeze up. Apple replaced the phone and I haven't had any issues since.
