Get a gas can and a "Ratio Rite" ( it's a measuring cup of sorts) , Decide what ratio you want and stick to it. X-2 on Clymers manual, it's invaluable for working on your 'shee. BTW , my '72 Elsinore 250 had a recomended mix ratio of 16:1. Bought it new, yeah, I'm that old.

Is it smoking bad on the right side pipe? You're sure it isn't leaking?

Sounds like it might be jetted for warmer weather, and you're lean (bad). Might also check pick-up coil gap at flywheel. Clean any rust off lugs on flywheel and gap at .018, or thickness of a business card. As far as single carb, some swear by them, some swear at them !! Welcome to BHQ !!

Make sure you use the correct puller for the flywheel !!!!!!!!!!!!! About $12 - $15.

You can't spoil a rotten egg! That being said , it wouldn't hurt to try cleaning the cylinder. Be patient, someone my come up with an answer. Don't know if muratic acid would work, but might be worth a try. Maybe contac Millium directly, they MIGHT have an answer. Had two Artic Cat cyls done by them couple yrs back, it was about $500 with new plateing, pistons, rings, brgs, gaskets. This was after major port work. That plating is mighty tough (hint-diamond hone),

When you install new clutch fibers you soak them in your trans oil before assembly. Several hours/ overnite.

X-2 on cold weather rejetting. Also your oil could be settleing out of your gas mix, shake your 'shee back& forth to mix fuel. Bean oil is not reomended for below 40* F.

X-2 on profesional looking web site (haven't seen boyz). If your'e trying to build your business the last thing you want is NEGITIVE feedback (thyman 33). I know sometime things happen , but 2 1/2 months on a turn around IS getting a little bit long.
